Cons:

There was no one in the front when I tried to check into my hotel and when the front desk person came after waiting 25 minutes, he had an attitude.

My stay was pleasant and enjoyable

Ok for cost friendly but you might end up paying just as much by the time you add cost of any extras
Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful, Room was clean upon arrival

Cons:

They only clean the room and change bedding once a week unless you pay extra. Our refrigerator would only stay at room temperature and food would go bad had to keep everything in the freezer as that was refrigerator temperature.

Good location, smelled like dog
Pros:

Liked the location and proximity to the airport & Norco Silverlake Sports Complex. Pool was great.

Cons:

Pillows were TERRIBLE (and we flew so no bringing our own.) Our room had a bad smell of dog. I sprayed stuff all week but it was gross. I had hoped that with them only being open for almost one year it wouldn’t smell. I was wrong. I won’t book pet friendly hotels anymore.

I really enjoyed the property location and the restaurants that were near by

Front desk staff was nice but then again they didn’t check me out properly and the hotel tried to charge me for the rema

The rooms were spacious and cheap

Cons:

There was constant awful smell in the rooms in the hallways as you enter the place I couldn’t stay another night even though I was looked for a whole week I left after the second night

I am satisfied and would not mind rebooking at the hotel.
Pros:

It looked clean, new, and the room was spacious. I liked the location. Most of the staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Cons:

There some pungent smells and depending on the location of the hotel I was in they would be different, but mainly in the lobby/first floor. Room smelled fine though. The pool was not heated even though it needed to be and my request to have it heated was denied.
