Staff are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the wifi is good, and nice location. I like that the rooms overlook the sea. I enjoyed watching the ocean just outside my room. The nearby rock formation also added to the ambience.
I wish there were more food choices in the canteen, like pastries and breads

Very nice resort excellent staff very accomadating and friendly all of them .
They even went out of their way and upgraded my room to a private pool .
Room is very quiet and walls are padded for extra sound proofing
Make sure you in good condition as it is a bit of a walk down to the resort and back up to parking lot .
No problem for me but can be for some .
The resort is not handy capped friendly at all for Access both getting to it.... and durring your stay in it while there this hotel along with many others in this location will be the same as they are all built on a cliff .

The signage is not good either as we drove past it 2 times.
The driveway needs a lot of work broken ground big rocks and holes .
The restaurant menu needs to have more of a selection but food was very tasty and good portions
They did go out of their way to make us a special dinner of our choosing on the last night of our stay .
The one big negative for me was the bed was very hard and did make it difficult for a comfortable good night sleep waking up with pain in my legs and lower back Which is too bad for such a beautiful room. But that maybe just because we both have some back problems. Beds are a very personal preference you can't please everyone

Customer Service and Staff:
5 stars! The staff were genuinely wonderful — very attentive, quick to act on requests, and always smiling. If there’s one reason to go back to Lucky Tito Anilao, it would be because of them. They clearly do their best despite the resort’s limitations.
Room:
The room was spacious enough for two people. Beds, linens, and pillows were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was neat and came with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and fresh towels.
The main issue was the air conditioning. Even at 16 degrees and turbo mode, it wasn’t cooling the room properly. We thought it was just the afternoon heat, but by 4:30 AM, we woke up sweating — the aircon had completely failed. At 6 AM, we reported it to the staff, who quickly moved us to a new room where the AC worked fine.
Restaurant:
We decided not to bring food because we saw online reviews saying the food was good. At 7PM, we went to the restaurant but found that only 3 out of about 10 dishes were available. We ordered whatever was left and waited 55 minutes for the food to arrive. Sadly, when it did, it wasn’t even hot. For the price and wait time, it was disappointing.
We definitely love the place, very good for scuba diving and unwinding. Also, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, with smiles here and there. :))
The parking was too far from the main resort, and the stairs are just draining, lol. anyway it's our fault for not checking or asking prior cause there's actually a shorter route. lol
It was quiet and away from a lot of noise.
the hotel inclusive activities were nice, we could go kayaking and padelling around the sea and the cave near by and the staff were VERY attentive and helpful. we did not dive so we can not review that.
the staff was trying to sell us a private boat trip to an island. while they could have told us about some nice local swimming beaches . ALso they also sold us a driver's room which is an actual hotel room, which is not what they described as a driver quarter at all. i feel like they could have been a bit more honest about it.
