Wspaniała właścicielka, bardzo ciepła, życzliwa i pomocna. Mówi po angielsku. Pomogła nam zarezerwować bilety wstępu do parku i na przedstawienie, radziła co zobaczyć i kiedy, bo pogoda mało sprzyjała zwiedzaniu. Pensjonat należy do jej rodziny i widać wielką dbałość zarówno o obiekt jak i klienta.

Отель чистый, очень дружелюбный. Черри умнейшая и очень обаятельная девушка. Только теплые эмоции об этом месте и об отеле.
Убирали номер каждый день, в том числе меняли полотенца.

This accommodation was just amazing. Cherry is the most accommodating host and she is so knowledgeable about the area and tells you all the best places to go. Her english is amazing and she is just so friendly. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to line A and B for the mountain, and all a couple minutes walk to all the restaurants. 10/10 Stay!

Situé à 15 de l'entrée est du parc de Zhangjiajie, on trouve plein de restaurants accessibles à côté.
Très bon accueil, l'hôte parle un très bon anglais et m'a parfaitement guidé durant mes deux jours dans le parc. Elle a réservé les billets et donné de très bons conseils d'itinéraires.
Lessive gratuite et chambre confortable pour un prix abordable.

The host was excellent and very helpful with booking tickets for the National Park and Tianmen Mountain. The staff were very friendly and the facilities worked well and were comfortable for the price.

fantastic and friendly service. the proprietor speaks english and is very knowledgeable and friendly. they go a little bit extra to make our stay comfortable. they will tell you where to eat the real local food.

The location is the best and the owner of hotel is the good supporter for travelling, restaurant and tourist attraction.

Position perfect, close to the east-gate of zhangjiajie national park. The host has been sweet, kind and available furthermore she speaks a very good English that in China is pretty rare.
She bought the park’s ticket early to secure our presence inside.
We arrived late at the check-in and anyway she explained a good path for the national park of zhangjiajie.

This property was excellent! The location is perfect, the owner is very helpful and very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner helped us plan our time in the national park and booked the entry tickets for us. She so gave excellent recommendations of good food near by. Very happy with our time here. Could not recommend this higher.

The staff was so great! They helped me book my ticket to the national park which ended up being cheaper than booking it on trip.com. She also helped me map out my route since I was going by myself without a guide. She was very friendly!! Great location - about 10 minutes from the east gate by walking. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
