The room and bathroom were neat and clean.

Cons:

The staff are indifferent. The gateman does not come forward to help us park or de-caring the luggage. It was a dry day and his interest was only in black sale of liquor. The restaurant was not functioning. TV remote does not work. Someone attends to it after a wait of solid 35 minutes. He brings in another remote, which also does not work! Complementary water can is of just 500 ml. There is no shaving kit or shower cap. Hand and face towels are not there. Handwash is not there. A single small soap and single dental care stuff for two people. Overall quite disappointing and a first-time experience with a star hotel.

Friendly staff, very near to city centre and room and rest room are very clean.

Cons:

Bed sheet n blanket are very dirty.Ac not working properly.If this problems are solved by hotel management then it's worthy for the one or two days stay
