This is such a warm and welcoming place to stay. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication very easy.

I was especially moved when I forgot my key card late at night; I could still reach someone immediately to help me get into my room. The entire place is spotless and very well-maintained.

The location is fantastic—right near Subway Line 2, making it convenient to go anywhere. It’s a perfect alternative to staying in Hongdae. There are plenty of great BBQ restaurants nearby to try, plus Daiso and Olive Young are just around the corner for easy shopping. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Pros:

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — special thanks to Sue, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing at all — every aspect of our stay was excellent and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Very nice room and clear
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. It was also included the cleaning service. The location is great, very close to metro and bus.

Cons:

the bathtub/shower in the bathroom. very convenient for bathing but uncomfortable for showering as water leaked out and the tent was not appropriate. you are obliged to shower while sitting! Not the relaxing shower I want at the end of the day.
