Min attended to me and she was really friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying and would recommend. Location
Pros:

Location is great although there is a small slope to get there so if you’re traveling alone and have multiple baggage then it will be slightly challenging.

Cons:

Common washroom at the lobby is a bit dirty.

Pros:

新村駅から近く、オリーブヤングやダイソーも近くにあり便利。あと湯船がある。

Cons:

それまでの何日間は綺麗だったのに、最終日に湯船にお湯を張ったら明らかに茶色いお湯が出てきた。(水道管のサビみたいな)
長時間お湯を出して綺麗なお湯が出始めた所で使用しました。
今回だけでなく、以前も泊まったことがあるホテルでこんな事は一回も無かったのでたまたまだと思いますが…

環境很乾淨，一樓大廳非常舒服，能讓提早到的旅客暫時休息。房間的整潔也非常好

一人旅に最適。
Pros:

空港バスの停留所からも近く、混雑を避けて移動できました。ホンデエリアにも徒歩で行けるのはありがたいです。
お部屋も広く清潔で、元モーテルなので基本的にはとても静かです。バスタブもあって快適な滞在でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がうるさかったので電源を切っていましたが、夏だと厳しいかもなと思いました。メイクスペース(化粧に適した照明と鏡)があればもっと良かったかなと思います。
バスタブで長湯していたらバスルームの電気が勝手に消えてはじめはびっくりしましたが、リモコンで操作出来るので持ち込むか近くに置いておけば大丈夫でした！

心が温まるホテルでした。
Pros:

I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable.
Most of all, the staff were exceptional. I wanted to buy my daughter a toy of her favorite character as a souvenir, so I asked if they could recommend a shop. They took the time to look into it and even found a store I couldn’t find on my own. After I returned to Japan and gave it to my daughter, she was thrilled—far more than I expected.
I’m especially grateful to Min and another staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Being able to see my daughter’s smile was all thanks to them. It’s rare to find a hotel where the team cares not only about the guest, but also about the guest’s family. Thank you again for your kindness.

出張のため3日間宿泊しました。お部屋も清潔で、快適に過ごせました。
なによりもスタッフの皆さまの対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。娘が好きなキャラクターのおもちゃをお土産に買いたくて、どこで買えるかお店を教えていただけないか相談したところ、時間をかけて調べてくださり、私が見つけられなかったお店まで見つけてくださいました。日本に帰って娘に渡したところ、とても喜んでくれました。
娘の笑顔が見られたのは、MINさんと、もうお一人のスタッフの方のおかげです（お名前を伺いそびれてしまいました）。
宿泊者だけでなく、その家族にまで心を配ってくださるホテルは希少だと思います。本当にありがとうございました。
