Pros:

This is a lovely hotel situated in the central area of Bishkek. Its staff members are always helpful especially Amir who gave us more necessary information than most tour guides we had during our trip. They serve good breakfast and prepare excellent lunch boxes for those who need to leave early. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Отель расположен в спокойном районе , рядом круглосуточный мини-маркет. Цены приемлемые , принимают несколько видов оплаты , что удобно. Номер уютный и аккуратный. Имеются необходимые туалетные принадлежности, тапочки. За 3 дня прибывания нашего номер убирался и полотенца менялись. Особо хочу отметить персонал - вежливый , приветливый и всегда готовы подсказать, например, туристам места отдыха и т.д. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные , по типу шведского стола. Мы-семья из 4-х человек : двое взрослых и двое детей. Младшая дочь избирательна в еде , но здесь и она завтракала с удовольствием. Выезжали до 8 утра , то есть до начала завтрака и нам организовали в дорогу ланч-боксы - тоже вкусные. В общем : рекомендуем данный отель ! И выражаем благодарность за приятный отдых !

Здесь написать ничего не могу. Был нюанс в виде нерабочей розетки от кондиционера , но его оперативно исправили. Так что впечатления исключительно хорошие ! Молодцы и процветания вам !

Śniadanie było smaczne ale było w innym hotelu. W obiekcie było czysto, obsługa była miła. Lokalizacja dość dobra.

Cons:

W hotelu w ogóle nie działał internet w trakcie mojego pobytu i to było bardzo duże utrudnienie. Dodatkowo hotel wydaje się jeszcze nieskończony - ze ścian wystają kable, klimatyzacja nie działała na samym początku.

Not worth the money

Room feels quite new, beds are good.

Cons:

Everything is not quite finished, open power outlet, cables hanging out. You have to open the room with the spare key instead of a key card. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent and the shower doors don’t close properly. Also no shampoo and shower gel.
After asking, there is some sort of WiFi that can’t even load whatsapp properly. Mobile reception isn’t stable inside the building either.
Very noisy, you can hear the reception (all staff conversations, guest conversations and the hotel phone ringing) at all hours. Breakfast was in an unfinished room downstairs. Bread was old, things normally eaten hot (like eggs, vegetables and potatoes) were just left on the buffet in the pans unheated or unrefrigerated for hours.
This hotel is honestly not worth the price. We could luckily cancel the other night we were supposed to stay here.
