Important information:

• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.
• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
• Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

Pros:

The room was roomier than expected. The washroom was clean and the shower was great. The breakfast options were better than expected. As our flight back to home was in the early evening, the hotel gave us an extended late check out which was greatly appreciated.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable..

Cons:

Upon arrival, they tried to give me a lower quality room with twin beds rather than the Deluxe room with a queen bed I booked. I had to wait in reception, not knowing what was going to happen. The room service took 50 minutes to arrive and the food was cold! On top of that, they charge you £4 as a delivery fee for room service. I would have expected much better for a four star hotel, and I won't be coming back.
