• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.
• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
• Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

The bed was comfy, and i slept well

Reception manner was offhand and then the next morning I was told the buses were unreliable and your better booking a taxi. Bus turned up and scheduled, taxi ran late
Located very close to Heathrow and the car park we were using very early in the morning so helpful.
We were woken up at one point as the staff came to the wrong room and were also given the wrong room number which was frustrating, but were given a complimentary drink for the errors.

I have mention Jay at the counter who went out of his way to help my wife and I to know our way around with transportation

Did exactly what it needed to do for a pre-flight stop over… had everything needed, including fridge and kettle. Front of house staff were very pleasant.

Near to T5 at Heathrow. The service was incredibly quick and I felt happy to be served by a member of staff who actually smiled and took the time to talk to me. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
Details regarding the shuttle bus services available should be clearer. The property is advertised as having a shuttle bus service but when I contacted them they said they hadn’t got a shuttle bus services. I therefore arrived by taxi only to find there are 2 services, one provide by Heathrow (which apparently is unreliable) and one provided where when your at the hotel you can arrange a pickup at your time of choosing to take you to the airport- this service worked very well 👍
Really decent facilities and very pleasant food and atmosphere
Very little to improve honestly. Only 'issue' I had was I couldn't find stairs to use instead of the lift...but I didn't ask in fairness so they probably existed.
