Aragvispiri wine cellar

Well maintained property with plenty of space to relax. The dinner and wine tasting were a fantastic experience. The hosts are lovely and make you feel right at home.

Все очень понравилось! Кухня на высоте, нет слов , так вкусно и необычно я еще никогда не ела, вино и чача лучше всех похвал. Завтрак супер! При возможности обязательно здесь опять остановимся! Спасибо хозяевам за такое чудесное место и созданную атмосферу.

We kwamen aan op een prachtige locatie, met een tuin die net een klein paradijs was. Onze ontvangst was hartelijk en de gastvrouw vertelde heel helder over Georgië gewoontes en vooral het eten. Ze kookte 's avonds voor ons alsof we aankwamen in een sterrenrestaurant en 's ochtends kregen we een ontbijt dat zo uitgebreid en heerlijk was, dat we even dachten dat we verward werden met koningen! Het verblijf was fantastisch en onthouden we zeker voor als we nog eens naar Georgië reizen :)

המקום מקסים. הדרך גישה אליו קצת צרה. החדרים נוחים ונקיים. השירות והאירוח היה נהדר ומסביר פנים. החדרים בקומה העליונה כך שאם במקרה יש ארוחה או אירוע עד מאוחר... יש רעש וזה בעייתי. בקומה התחתונה יש מסעדה קטנה עם אוכל מעולה. גם ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה אם כי בלטה בחוסר ירקות. סך הכל מקום מומלץ לעצירה של לילה בדרך צפונה.

אירוח לבבי, חדר מרווח, גינה עם עצי פרי שופעים, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד, בעלת המקום הכינה במיוחד עבורנו גם ארוחת ערב בתשלום, לא מובן מאליו בהתחשב בכך שהיינו האורחים היחידים במקום.

The place is perfect. The hosts are super nice. We tasted local wines and got the explanation about wines . We had a dinner there. The food was delicious. We realky enjoyed the place.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Gasthaus! Unser Zimmer war sehr modern und makellos sauber, und die Betten waren super bequem – das ist uns immer besonders wichtig. Der Garten ist ein wahrer Traum, sehr gemütlich, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.
Die Familie, die das Gasthaus führt, ist unglaublich herzlich. Sie gaben uns eine tolle Tour durch ihren Weinkeller und erklärten uns alles mit viel Leidenschaft. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch das Essen, das von der Mutter zubereitet wird. Wir haben zwei Abende in Folge dort gegessen und uns durch die Speisekarte probiert. Jedes Gericht war fantastisch gewürzt und schmeckte einfach unglaublich gut – mit Abstand das beste Essen, das wir in ganz Georgien hatten. Auch der eigene Wein, sowohl der Weißwein als auch der Rotwein, war sehr lecker.
Dieser Ort ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp, den wir sofort unseren Freunden empfohlen haben, die nächstes Jahr nach Georgien reisen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

We liked the calmness this place breathes. Extraordinary hospitality of the family who took care of us like one of their own. Super tasty and abundant dinner featuring their homemade wines. Very comfortable beds, a room with large door to open for fresh air (with insect protection!) and to wake up by the sun greeting our faces. Rooms were clean and bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was equally enjoyable as the dinner. We can recommend this place to anyone!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, ma è stata sufficiente per innamorarcene. Se vi piacciono i posti tranquilli, accoglienti tanto da sentirvi a casa, questo è il posto giusto! Sofie è stata il nostro riferimento e insieme alla sua famiglia ci hanno proprio coccolato. Siamo stati benissimo.
Abbiamo potuto fare un’ottima cena e una colazione ricchissima, con prodotti freschi e quasi tutto a km 0. Inoltre abbiamo scelto di acquistare una bottiglia di vino della loro cantina.
La struttura è ben tenuta e molto bella, anche le stanze sono grandi e con un arredamento moderno. L’unico appunto che possiamo fare sul nostro soggiorno è la mancanza di tende nella stanza. Non è stato un grosso problema perché il letto era molto comodo e siamo comunque riusciti a dormire tranquillamente, però è un consiglio che vogliamo dare. Al di là di questo è stato tutto perfetto e consigliamo a tutti di pernottare in questa struttura!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous guesthouse.Its in a nice quiet spot away from the main road and we had a couple of very relaxing days here.The meals are outstanding and the host family were incredibly welcoming-we even had a lovely family dinner with them one evening.
Sophie had really good english, Eka her mum is just fabulous and Erakli is always going to support the All Blacks except when Georgia are playing. I will reciprocate!! Thank you for looking after us with so much kindness & generosity

Aragvispiri Wine Cellar is a special place to stay – modern, stylish design, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional cuisine!
All dishes are prepared with local products. They, too, are modern, unique in their flavor, and embody a journey through the whole of Georgia. The excellent wines complement this.
The overnight stay was wonderful. The modern rooms are comfortably furnished. With the window open, you'll be woken up by birds and frogs in the morning.
A stay here for dinner and an overnight stay should not just be an insider tip, but a must! Many thanks to Sofia and her family for this special stay!

Needed a place to stay the night while driving to Kazbegi. Could not have been more happy with this place. Family owned wine cellar with fantastic (seriously amazing!!) food, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The place has a beautiful little yard with fruit trees and a patio, where we could sit down take the edge off our hectic travel day and wind down. Highly recommend staying here. The family who runs this place are hospitable, service oriented, quality driven, and genuine. I also recommend eating dinner there, visiting the wine cellar and purchasing some wine bottles from them🤍 We only stayed there for a night, but would recommend to stay longer!

Dinner and breakfast was incredible. Great wine tasting. Decor is beautiful. Super comfy beds!

They are amazing hosts and they treat us as members of their family, always so kind, caring of us ad giving us lots of useful tips for our trip. They made us tasting their great home made wine, cheese and ham (marvellous). We had then dinner and breakfast and both of them were plentiful and so delicious: all local products for an excellent georgian gastronomical experience, Eka is a top cooker and Erakli is a passionate wine producer. This was absolutely the best food and wine we tasted in all our georgian trip.You can't miss It! Also the room was comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to rest. Thanks Eka and Irakli, we stayed only one night but we were dreaming about this experience for long time!

Sofia and her family were great hosts. Wine and food were amazing. Recommended!
