Mattress was very soft, laying on a hard plateau and not comfortable. Shower had little water. Area where the bed is was very low and uncomfortable to move around in. It wasn't clearly communicated that a cash deposit needed to be paid. This deposit was also only paid back after an inspection of the room during check-out. Inconvenient.

La luz del pasillo automática en la noche es molesta porque ilumina en la cama y despierta si alguien pasa en la madrugada, también se escuchaba por afuera los otros cuartos en la noche de platicas si eran algo fuertes, no es un punto negativo pero sería mejor que hubiera A/C qué solo ventiladores.

Todo está muy bien, el único detalle es que las habitaciones son muy calientes, pero como fuimos en temporada que hizo frío por las lluvias, no nos molestó ese detalle. Hay que tener cuidado con no manchar las toallas con maquillaje, porque si se manchan, te cobran penalización. Aunque en nuestro caso, les explicamos que estuvimos 5 días sin que las cambiaran, y era difícil que estuvieran limpias, y accedieron a no cobrarnos. Se me hizo un poco exagerado porque las manchas eran por el uso normal que se le da a una toalla de baño.

We were required to pay a deposit in cash when we checked it. This was never disclosed until then and caught us off guard. We did not happen to have the money and had to borrow it from friends which was embarrassing. Please, please add this to the property information so others are not caught in this situation.

The bar stools at the kitchen counter were very uncomfortable. They are made of heavy wire. I had to fold some bath towels to use as chair pads to be able to sit to work at my laptop. The kitchen utensils were too few: only three of each. The kitchen knives were very dull and need sharpening. The gas water heater made a "poof" sound every time it started and the wall behind it was scorched. There was no chair to sit near the sliding doors to watch the sunrise or sunset. And, no night table at the bed.

It is a small room with a bed located at an elevation with dangerous stairs. A window facing the building's parking lot. Smoke and soot entered the apartment from the parking lot.

They only accepted cash for the "damage deposit," it was 3pm and there is virtually no atm close. Also, such "damage deposit" was not stablished up front when we did the reservation.

I would like to have a washing machine in the apartment or laundry in the hotel.
