great hotel with spacious room, strategically located.
Pros:

close to the event that brought me to Accra.

Cons:

The stiff fare/price difference between what I paid online versus the price I paid for additional 2 days extension at the hotel.
Not even a free bottle of water.

Pros:

I loved the staff very nice and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the 2 bedroom apartment. Our first night, both rooms AC was leaking. I called and they came and fixed it. Second night , in the shower water standing on my feet draining problem, I told the front desk before leaving. Made it back to the room later that night room not clean and nobody has been in to fix the problem. Tuesday night, the bathroom flooded. I called the front desk, and they stated they would have someone to take care of it, which they didn't. Wednesday morning, the AC started leaking again, but this time on some of our clothes and shoes, so Thursday morning, I spoke to a manager. I stated we needed another room or some of our money back, so they moved us. For the hotel to be as new they have a drainage problem.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I was one the most expensive hôtel that I booked in Accra. I had to change rooms twice in 1 night. No hot water. Room 206 and 306.
Stuffs keep on calling me at 11am to.let me know I have to check at 12 am. I knew already and woke me up at 8 for breakfast, and I didn't even ask for a wake-up call. I am sorry, but it was a bad experience for me

Great place, good people and great accommodations
Pros:

The over all experience was really good. The staff were kind and friendly. They were very attentive and paid great attention to your needs. Management made sure all was to your liking.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker some of the areas were being renovated or worked on but that will just bring me back to enjoy later.
