Cozy, inviting, welcoming
Pros:

Georg is one of those rare finds in this world. Hes beyond accommodating, genuine, germanily authentic, will sit down with you for a wine and hear your life story, and offer you his homemade soup after a long journey to get there.

The rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a zen moment.

I’d absolutely would love to come back here in a heartbeat.

Supervriendelijke gastheer, George.
Alles is aanwezig in de gezamenlijke keuken. Het ontbreekt aan niets.Georg is een goede kok, specialist in de Azatische keuken!
De transfer naar je auto ( parkeerplaats) met de tuk -tuk is prima verzorgd en leuk!!
Diverse goede restaurantjes in de buurt.
Volgende keer weer!!

首先必须要说房东马贵文先生，他充满童趣，有充足的中国游历经验，在中国待了十多年。所以他会说一些中文，他的厨房有充足的调料可以自己做中餐，他甚至有一个中式炒锅🤣🤣🤣（虽然我们没用厨房）

整个民宿景观很好，被子很舒服，顶楼有360度全景，可以看海看山看建筑，位置也在靠近海边的Altea local生活区（不在游客区里，所以更加chill）

房间非常漂亮，墙上挂满艺术品，有些是他自己收藏的，有的是他画的，马贵文本人艺术天赋极高哈哈哈，但他说不想做艺术家。

当你到达的时候，他会开着产自意大利的“三蹦子”来接你，复古、时尚、可爱，真的想不到会有这么好玩的经历。
如果可能的话我希望再回来这里，多待些日子，多感受一下Altea，也多和马贵文聊聊天🥳

中国的朋友们请放心选择这家民宿，你会觉得非常亲切！！

Casa encantadora céntrica y tranquila con vistas de ensueño

El Bellaguarda es una preciosa casa antigua muy bien restaurada situada en una zona céntrica muy tranquila. Georg es muy simpático y acogedor, comparte todo y te hace sentir realmente como en casa. La terraza tiene vistas panorámicas de 360 grados a Altea, mar y montaña.No puede estar mejor situado. Es un alojamiento recomendable al 100%.

la maison était situé dans un petit coin de paradis. Nous avons pu profiter du lieu très central avec une terrasse surplombant toute la vielle ville. Magnifique! Georg fait également de ce lieu un lieu d’exception en étant très disponible, plein de bons conseils et très accueillant.

Cons:

We arrived later than expected so nobody was there for check in so we called. We have been told to wait until 8 PM to be able to check in or get a refund for our reservation as we came from Miami so long travel we decided to get the option of the refund as we wanted to set somewhere to be able to shower and rest. The owner agreed to refund us but never refund us as agreed. we have ourselves to properties in Florida listed on booking.com and we for sure treat our customers very differently.

Wer (wie ich) sich schon immer mal gewünscht hat in einem der urigen spanischen Altstadthäuschen zu wohnen (wo man gerne mal beim Spaziergang einen Blick hinein geworfen hätte😉) es ursprünglich, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit oder ohne Anschluss und dennoch familiär mag, Meer, Altstadt, Einkauf fussläufig erreichen möchte, einen magischen Ort (wie Altea es ist) mit grandioser Aussicht auf Meer, Altstadt und Berge von einer Dachterrasse aus sucht, selbst sein Essen zubereiten kann und alles nötige dazu vorhanden ist, on Top mit stets gutgelaunten, hilfsbereiten Menschen Kontakt haben möchte, der hat hier bei Georg im Guest House Bellaguarda in mitten den romantischen Gassen die perfekte idyllische Unterkunft gewählt, deshalb gibt es von mir 10 von 10 Punkten, mein Wunsch ist damit mehr wie erfüllt worden, ich komme gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank dafür Georg und liebe Grüße an Rico

I had a lovely time as a single traveller as I had many conversations with other guests and Georg.
Pros:

The conviviality of the host with all the guests. The lovely and relaxed atmosphere. The good coffee machine available at all times. The extra touches of comfort. The beautiful roof terrace and also the private patio which is so peaceful.

Fantastisk läge högt upp i Gamla stan. Underbar takterrass. Välutrustat kök. Mysig framsida där frukost kan avnjutas. Trevlig och hjälpsam ägare (Georg) och assistent (Rico).
Rekommenderar studion för extra utrymme.

Cons:

Svårt och trångt med parkeringsplatser. Många långa trappor ( men är värt det).
