המיטה נוחה. וזהו.
חוויה מאכזבת במיוחד מחדל בטיחותי חמור ואפס תמורה לכסף!
התארחתי במ אחוזת אנילביץ', ולצערי מדובר באחת מחוויות האירוח המאכזבות שחוויתי.
כבר בכניסה למלון נתקלתי במחדל בטיחותי חמור ובלתי מתקבל על הדעת. דלת הכניסה הראשית הייתה פתוחה לרווחה ולא נעולה, כאשר מישהו אף הזיז את הפין הפנימי במנגנון הנעילה כדי לאפשר פתיחה חופשית של הדלת, ללא צורך באמצעי זיהוי או גישה.
החמור מכל הוא שבשעות הלילה אין כלל איש צוות בקבלה! המשמעות היא שכל אדם זר יכול להיכנס למלון באין מפריע, בכל שעה, ללא שום פיקוח, בקרה או נוכחות של איש צוות. מדובר בפרצת אבטחה חמורה, במיוחד בהתחשב במיקום המלון ובמציאות הביטחונית הרגישה בישראל. אורחים שמגיעים להתארח במלון מצפים למינימום של ביטחון אישי, ולא למצב שבו כל אדם מהרחוב יכול להיכנס למבנה באמצע הלילה ללא הפרעה.
מעבר לכך, כשנכנסתי לחדר קיבל את פניי ריח חריף, מחניק ובלתי נסבל של סיגריות, וזאת למרות שהעישון במקום אסור. החדר פשוט הסריח מעישון, ברמה שהפכה את השהייה בו לדוחה ולא נעימה. לא ברור כיצד חדר במצב כזה בכלל מוצע לאורחים בתשלום.
התחושה היא של זלזול מוחלט באורחים, הן מבחינת הביטחון האישי והן מבחינת רמת התחזוקה והניקיון. לא מדובר בדרישות מוגזמות או בציפייה למלון יוקרה, אלא בדברים הבסיסיים ביותר שכל מקום אירוח מחויב לספק.
אפס תחושת ביטחון, חדר עם ריח מזעזע של סיגריות, התנהלות מביכה ותמורה אפסית למחיר.
פשוט עצוב שמקום שמתיימר לספק חוויית אירוח לא מצליח לעמוד אפילו בסטנדרטים המינימליים ביותר.
לא שווה את הכסף, לא מכבד את האורחים, ובוודאי שלא הייתי ממליץ להתארח במקום. אכזבה מוחלטת!

הריח של הטחב בחדרים סגורים עשה אותי חולה למרות שלא הייתי בחדר רוב היום. רק בגלל זה גם בעניין של סידור חדר הכנתי שקית זבל כי אין פח בחדר ולא אספו אותה מיום ראשון מלון בוטיק שמכבד תצמו גם יתן שירות טלוויזיה ולא דרך אפליקצייה כן רואים לא רואים
נקי, מאובזר, נעים ומיקום מצוין.
לא ממש אהבנו משהו , הדבר היחידי שאני יכולה להרים זה על העיצוב של המקום אבל לא בגלל זה באים למקום הבית שלי יותר יפה..
המיקום של המלון, הבריכה הייתה מזעזעת קטנה לא נקייה החדר היה קטן ברמות אפילו לא פתחו לי את המזגן לפני שהגענו. אומנם היה רשום שאי אפשר לעשן בחדר אבל היה ריח לא טוב שנכנסו. ובכללי די מעפן המקום.
