Everything was working well. The staff was willing to sort things out!
Some more complimentary snacks!
Location is good. Close to metro. So you can pretty much go anywhere. Close to airport as well.
Staff is very archaic in nature. They will say stuff like we won't allow men and women of the same friend group with rooms in the same floor. They do look down upon friend groups with mixed genders. They have a policy that says "please bring marriage certificate" for couples. Like bruh, which century are you living in ? Also, our rooms did not have mirrors with proper lights.
Nothing, its the shittiest hotel ever. Rude staff, bullshit services and area.

Very clean, nice people, good restaurant. Bathroom with nice shower and warm water. The cleanliness is actually remarkable for a hotel in this price category.
Close to metro station.
I think they started cleaning the room next to me - or else I’m not sure what was going on - at 6 am. Moving screeching furniture and slapping rags. Because the hotel has (beautiful) marble everywhere, sound carries.
Good location next to a metro station and about 25 minute car ride to Terminal 2. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel didn’t provide a hand towel, just two bath towels which is strange and annoying. Also room smelled of cigarettes. And the room had a strange glass walled bathroom - less privacy than I am comfortable with. Finally the mattress was old and lumpy.
Humble and cooperative staff, clean rooms.
The rooms were large and clean the staff were all excellent and helpful.
Very close to airport
The hotel looked alittle dated but was fine.
Close to traffic noise, train noise and near airport.
Everything was very good and stay was very comfortable
As per location price was competitive

The behaviour of staff was very rude
Really good service and had a fantastic stay. I had booked the room to mostly get over my jetlag and this hotel was definitely a good choice.
Wouldn't say didn't like but I think it would be better if they had 24x7 check-in considering a lot of people come to their hotel during their layovers
The hotel is not close to the most famous tourist attractions but is located not far from the airport and there is also a metro station nearby. Rooms had better times but are spacious and clean (water is also offered for free). Breakfast is a mix of Indian and European. The hotel staff is especially nice, friendly, and supportive.
