Sehr gutes Hotel. Preis / Leistung stimmt
Pros:

Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Hotel liegt sehr zentral, unweit vom Metro, Flughafen, usw.
Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich.
Daher wohne ich immer wieder im Residency

Functional and convinient location for a short stay
Pros:

Location wise very convenient, close to 2 metro lines.

Cons:

There is lack of any quality restaurants close by. Not convenient location for a walk around the place. The gym was musty and unusable. The room maintenance bit rough and shoddy.

Nothing horrible experienced very un professional staff on reception name praful no brain no manners very rude and scam me charge me extra then booking .com price just because they have no room and gave me two single bed we are couple and I book double bed by booking .com

Pleasant convenient stay.
Pros:

Perfect location if you want metro line connectivity across all direction. Good breakfast in the morning and all the staffs are very polite.
