Overnight stop.
Pros:

Easy to locate and secure private parking

Cons:

Scruffy industrial area, very busy road. Ok for a quick overnight stop, but no longer. We had no real hot water in our room to start with, but to be fair the reception allowed us to use another room for showers etc so they did their best to help us.
