Overall I loved it! Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation stay. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple

Die Sauberkeit der Betten, es gab wahrscheinlich Bettwanzen .(bin nicht sicher ) Aber ich wurde gebissen, und da ich nirgendwo anders war, denke ich, dass es dort passiert ist.

Pros:

Just minutes away from Marjanishvili central, you can find yourself in very cozy , nice and new furnished room.host is really responsive. so dont hesitate to ask if you need something.

P.S.If your room is Number 3 or 4 , you should carry your luggage to upstairs (almost 14 stairs.)

Nice accommodation with some household drawbacks 😌
Pros:

I liked the location, as well as the fact that I was able to check in just a few hours after sending my request.
The manager was responsive and accommodating.
The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere and a fresh, high-quality renovation.
It's quiet at night, and the comfortable bed makes it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The shower has a strong water flow, and the temperature constantly shifts from very hot to cold, creating a contrast shower with a massage-like effect, which is great for your health, hahaha (water temperature fluctuation is a common issue in many apartments in Georgia).
I also liked that the room I stayed in was a corner room, with windows on two walls, allowing for good ventilation. I think this is especially useful in the summer (though there's also air conditioning available).

Cons:

I didn’t like the unpleasant smell of the bed linens (the towels smelled fine).
Also, there were some missing household items that could make life easier, such as a trivet, oven mitts, a cloth for the countertop, dishwashing gel, a kitchen towel, and paper napkins.
It would be nice to provide guests with tea and coffee, at least for the first day. When I arrived, it started pouring rain, so I couldn’t immediately get to the store to buy what I needed.
The wardrobe is barely enough for one person, so I had to store my clean clothes in the kitchen drawer, fortunately, it was new and clean.
There is no clothes dryer. I saw one on the shared balcony, but the only way to access the balcony is through the kitchen window.
I also think the small step near the main entrance door should be marked with a bright color. It’s easy to twist or break leg while heading to the washing machines
I hope you’ll fix the small issues, and everything will be absolutely perfect 😌

Pros:

The places were comfy, and it was pretty close to the metro station, like a 7-minute walk, and there were stores nearby.

Cons:

I don't know why, but there was a problem with the internet. The first time, I had trouble finding the place because I couldn't get internet access to see where I was. I suggest providing a picture of the door so people know which one it is.

Great place, great location!
Pros:

What a great place!
New and modern renovation, super clean, hosts are absolutely amazing and everything is nearby. Has all equipment needed for a stay and is very well secured.
Fabrka and Nomad bar were super short walk.
Definitely recommend everyone to go to this place.
Had an absolute blast.
