The amazing personel, from surprise cake for my partner due to her birthday, the amazing hospitality and cozy room, this hotel was perfect. The selection of roomservice, the location at taksim and metro, shops, restaurants etc. its just the perfect hotel for an istanbul trip

Emplacement central, suite grande, moderne et propre

Cons:

piscine glacée, room service : 1 heure d'attente, facturation complémentaire injustifié 2 jours après départ
Bel hotel, mais service pas a la hauteur
Ne pas y aller le 1er Mai, place TAKSIM et accès totallement bouché, aucune aide de l'hotel pour arriver à accéder au bout de 2 heures en faisant le tour d'Istanbul, à pied, avec tous les bagages

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Nous avions une suite et la tv du salon n a pas fonctionné pendant 4 jours. Après plusieurs plaintes au niveau de réception il a fallu se facher pour que le problème soit résolu. De plus nous étions au 8eme étage de l hôtel et juste au dessus de notre chambre il y a avait un bar et la musique nous empêche de dormir jusqu’à environ 2h du matin. Vraiment une grande déception
