The service and the overall place is very good. The host by
Clean, neat and pleasant experience. Staff were helpful and the food tasted homely. A good place to be away from all the city chaos.
Mobile signal is poor at this location. They have a WiFi on the resort which was helpful for communication.

The staff tried very hard but it just wasn't for me really
For me and its was probably my fault it felt a little to remote, on one hand it was very nice but on the other hand not.
I also didn't like to feel somewhat pressured to be videoed and give a review but again that is me.
The customer service was outstanding. From the valet, house keeping, grounds keeping, chef, manager everyone were very attentive. It has been a great vacation for us. We will be back to this resort again.

Difficult to pay with international creditcard, it was not possible, hardly any warm water but with temperatures over 30 degrees celcius that is not an hard issue.
During the night there was a (waterpump ???) very disturbing loud noise, every minute or 2 ... it seemed some kind of waterpump ...?
During my stay here, I was not keeping well. The caretaker of the property Tiago was very helpful in comforting us and supported us with doctor visit and made the stay a comfortable, convenient and memorable one for us. We are really grateful to the entire staff group that worked here as they were so sweet and welcoming.
Breakfast had varieties and sumptuous.
