Pros:

駅チカ!当日は☔でしたが、傘なしで駅からあまり濡れずに行けました。フロントスタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

築古く冷蔵庫、トイレ・バスは昔のまま…シャワーは使わなかった。部屋は別としてこのあたりは新しいものにして欲しいかな～

Pros:

駅に近い事

Cons:

提携駐車場が空いてるのに軽自動車しか止めれないと拒否された。
値段がホテルの設備に対して高過ぎる。
外の音が凄く聞こえて、窓が開いてるのかと思った。
虫がいたようで、何度も刺されて起きてしまった。

宿泊費用が安かった。
清潔感はあった。

Cons:

部屋の洗面台にひび割れがあり、古臭さを感じた。
コンセントの取り付けが浮きやグラつきがあり、使って大丈夫かな？と感じた。
バスタブの狭さや形状に使いにくさを感じた。

少し我慢もありましたが、トラブルに対する違約金も頂きましたし、特に不満は有りません。
Pros:

トラブルがあるなかで、真摯に対応いただきました。飲屋街には少し距離がありますが、真っ直ぐなので、迷う事はないと思います。

Cons:

給湯配管のトラブルで、風呂に入れなかった。
トイレが古い。ウォシュレットが欲しい。
駐車場が狭い。1BOXは迷楽がられた。
