Freundlicher Service und super Lage. Tagesticket für den Parkplatz Große Bleiche gibt es günstiger an der Rezeption des Hotels.

Tolle ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlcharakter!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Studio in einem Gebäude in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gebucht. Das Studio war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und alles war peinlichst sauber. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man dort absolute Ruhe. Nur zu empfehlen ist auch das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant (hier wird auch das sehr leckere und umfangreiche Frühstück eingenommen). Sehr leckere Speisen, tolle Weine und super nettes Personal. Essen und schlafen bei Freunden!

Pros:

Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Großes Zimmer , man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hauseigenes Restaurant nur zu empfehlen. War super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur zu empfehlen !!!

Bathroom was not as clean as I'd hoped. Bed was mildly uncomfortable and the room looks- and feels like last maintenance was done 15+ years ago.

Ungestörte Nachtruhe. Essen & Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis ist, gemessen am Interieur, zu hoch. Beim Auschecken längerer Wortwechsel über Zimmernummer und Bezahlung (bezahlt war schon; das Zimmer hatte keine Nummer, sondern einen Namen). Anfahrt & Parken schwierig.

Leider kein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist recht groß und modern, gemütlich eingerichtet, mitten in der Fußgängerzone.

Cons:

Leider hat mir der Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht gefallen. Der Check-in und Check-out war holprig, beide Male musste ich lange auf Personal warten und wurde dann erst einmal inklusive Gepäck ins falsche Stockwerk begleitet.
Im Zimmer selbst waren alle Heizungen auf 5, es war wie in der Sauna und extrem stickig. Im Badezimmer hat es gestunken. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Ab halb 4 morgens hörte man durchgehend Schritte vom oberen Stockwerk, als würde jemand im Kreis laufen, ich konnte nicht mehr schlafen.
Für mich daher kein Hotel, welches ich nochmals wählen werden.

Groot verschil in personeel. Er was er eentje bij die onvriendelijk was en niet gemotiveerd.
