Köpeğimizle kaldık,rahat ettik ilk akşam üşüdük sadece hava çok soğuktu ısıtıcı verildi,memnun ayrıldık,banyoda su gideri yavaş gidiyordu fakat sorun etmedik,tavsiye ediyoruz,pistlere servisde var

Pros:

The location was good, the facilities of the room were decent, we had everything we needed from a hotel room combined with an appartment, it was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. It was very warm in the appartment which was quite nice since we were coming after skiing.

Cons:

The apprtment needs some serious refurbishments. The sofa was broken and impossible to sleep on ( the staff expanded the second sofa in the appartment after the first night when we couldn't rest, a smaller one, but was decent, in the end). However I trully hope they will change the bigger sofa. One door from the shower cabin was missing, the drape in the bedroom was broken, when the wind was very strong it was quite drafty in the appartment. These details leave a lesser impression on the appartment, it's a pitty!

Booking did not clarify the apartment was privately managed. Significant issues with it.
Pros:

The hotel and its facilities are good. Unfortunately (and this is something we only discovered upon speaking with the employees at reception) not all apartments are owned and managed by the hotel.
Our apartment (A426) was owned by a random guy and it had significant issues which the hotel staff & maintenance could not help us with.
Firstly the radiator in the bathroom was not working. Definitely unacceptable for a ski resort. Upon inspection from one of the hotel staff they said it had a leak and therefore it was closed off manually.
The closets were falling apart upon opening.
The shower drain was clogged, leaving us to bathe our feet in dirty water after 2 minutes of showering (see picture).
As a cherry on the cake, one of the shower glass doors was missing (see picture), combined with the drain issue, every shower posed a flooding risk to the whole bathroom.
The hotel staff, facilities and food were good. It's unfortunate that we ended up in this situation, and would have much preferred having an apartment managed directly by the hotel.
