Pros:

loved a spacious apartment for a reset, it had all furnishings to cook and wash with comfortable bed. it was also clean + good wifi and can run all errands you need to easily. staff were super friendly and accomodating to requests.

Cons:

outside a little noisy but mostly can only be heard in bathroom and that is beyond owners control.

la cucina sarebbe stata da pulire con una squadra di volenterosi … seppure coerenza in abbinamento di colori, pareva un posto da rinfrescare o almeno pulire bene e a fondo … credo che sarebbe meglio pulire e rinfrescare tutto, coprire le poltroncine e sgrumare a fondo la cucina. essendo stata solo 38 ore il prezzo era alto x la qualita della pulizia.

Great apartment, good staff.
Pros:

Good apartment, well maintained. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Prasanna, the manager is a gem of a person, very informative. We enjoyed our stay here. We will be back next time we are in Colombo.

Water pressure in bathrooms was a bit low.

Highly Recommended Stay for Business Travelers
Pros:

Our Indian business delegation had an excellent experience at VIVAS. The location is perfect for meetings and corporate visits, with quick access to Colombo’s key business hubs. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable ideal for both work and relaxation. The Business friendly amenities available are fast Wi-Fi, meeting space in the living room, and efficient service. The staff was professional, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home.
A special mention to the Indian restaurant closeby which catered wonderfully to our Indian palate with both local and familiar dishes.

We highly recommend it for a smooth, productive, and pleasant business stay.
