A pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but the food and facilities could use some improvement.
Pros:

The manager Lazres- the owner, truly amazing – kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He personally arranged transportation for us and even took us early in the morning on a beautiful sunrise boat ride in his own car. His warm hospitality and genuine care made a big difference. The surroundings were calm and full of nature, which added to the experience.

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night, and the hotel is far from the city center, so you need to arrange transportation to get around.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, including the public restrooms. The air conditioning in the lobby and hallways didn’t work, and it was extremely hot throughout the hotel.The food was disappointing – we tried many dishes, but the flavors didn’t live up to the great local ingredients. Breakfast was very limited, and we often felt hungry after the meal.

Incredibly disappointing for such a beautiful location and hotel with potential.
Pros:

The colonial grandeur of the facade and we were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were spacious and looked like they had been refurbished. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons:

Sadly it seems that this establishment is being run by staff that have both a lack of any hospitality training and no respect. It seemed like it was being run by children.
There was no mature adult present and even when we asked to speak with the manager we were told they were on extended sick leave.
The hotel cleanliness also reflected the lack of care and the obvious lack of management.
Our experiences within the first hour was enough to make us want to leave and if it had not been so late we would have done so.

Good. Quality of food was ok.
Pros:

All basic facilities were available.

Cons:

Refined cleaning ( wiping handles / touching parts / toilet pans) oh bath room equipments need closer supervision of house keeping. Room delivery of news paper facility was not available.

Pros:

New hotel, clean rooms, good fixtures, comfortable beds. Ample parking. Good arrangements for boating

Cons:

Very bad service at restaurant. Even basic things like cutlery, attending to guests etc was lacking. Room service was slow. No orders after 10 pm. Lethargic staff. No help with baggage at check in or check out. Food was mostly disappointing & best avoided. Bar in same property may not suit everyone
