Good price, quiet stay.
Pros:

Location was definitely ideal for event we were in town for. Quiet.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast option. Rooms didn't have any kind of cooking utensils, coffee pot, iron and ironing board which we made do without.

Would definitely stay here on future visits to Charlotte.
Pros:

Location was perfect. We enjoyed being a little further out from downtown but still only a 10 minute Uber away from the city center.

The stay there was intense and fearful.

I liked I was able to have my dog .

Cons:

The rooms are disgusting. They have roaches. Lot of drugs moving thru the facility. Cops are there daily and nightly they are posted all around the hotel. A man was arrested for indecency with a minor during my month long stay . I constantly feared for my safety . The manager there does nothing but walk around in everybody’s business instead of doing her actual job. Dog poop and vomit line the side walks and the entire building. The entire place smelled horrible . Also we got some ice while there . No salt or shoveling was done but the manager had her bag of salt and cleared her a walk way but did nothing for the ones that we’re staying there ..Needs a lot of improvements already and it’s suppose to be a brand new facility. I couldn’t tell.
