Perfect stay for our first trip to Milan
Pros:

Beautiful rooms in a great location! The lady who worked there was always super helpful and polite

Pros:

Bonita decoracion, habitación espaciosa . Cama cómoda

Cons:

Ruido de la cisterna de la habitación del vecino . No había nadie en recepción cuando llegué . Tuve que recuperar la llave en una caja en la calle ! Luego para entrar en el piso , nadie contestaba al interfono , menos mal que entraron otros huéspedes. Y para entrar en la habitación se hacía a distancia. Totalmente fantasma e impersonal. Da miedo ! Nunca más. Se deberían dedicar a otra cosa , se nota que este negocio es una máquina de dinero y que no quieren hacer ningún esfuerzo no contacto humano. Lamentable

Clean, basic accommodation in great location, reasonably priced
Pros:

Right on trolley line both in and out of center city. Nice building. Bright, clean room. Helpful staff. Chinatown food and services in neighborhood.

Cons:

No breakfast available. Inconspicuous from street, need to look carefully for signs on wall by door. Staff not on site late hours.

Pros:

Nice building, very nice staff and close to Brera district (my favorite district in Milan) and Porta Garibaldi station (convinient for travelling to the airport or Monza - we were here for F1).

Cons:

Rooms are way smaller and way simpler than they look in the pictures, coffee capsules are provided only for one cup, for one day, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

Ładny, nowoczesny wystrój, czysto i schludnie, przestronna łazienka

Cons:

Brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu w obiekcie po wymeldowaniu, bardzo słaby kontakt z obsługą, nie odpowiadają na wiadomości przez WhatsApp. Za zameldowanie w godzinach nocnych pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata - nie wiadomo dlaczego, skoro zameldowanie odbywa się bez bezpośredniego kontaktu z obsługą, klucz można wyciągnąć ze skrzyneczki na kod na ulicy

Pros:

very nice art noveau building in a convenient location a 5 min walk to tube station and right between Chinatown and Moscova. I need to write another sentence to make Booking happy

Cons:

intercom was not working hence checking in a bit cumbersome as reception was only manned a few hrs a day. The rooms were (relatively) recently refurbished but a couple (minor) things were already damaged or not in good shape and the wifi was basically unusable. I would have not complained at ~100 per night but it is definitely not good value for money, I recently stayed in central locations in Milan in way nicer 4 star hotels with breakfast included etc
