Please note that it is not possible to reach the hotel by car.

Guests arriving by car are advised to park on the other side of the Elbe River and take the passenger ferry to the hotel. The ferry crosses the Elbe River at frequent intervals between 05:00 and 00:00.

Guests arriving by car should enter Kurort Rathen Train Station into their satellite navigation system.

Please note that pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed on request.

Pros:

Great location, easy to go to hikes. Very good pool with 26 degrees water. The dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It is very thoughtful to have a robe, towel and basket to go to the spa. I will definitely come again.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Elbe, Begrüßungssekt am Anreisetag, gute Ausstattung im Foyer und Wintergarten, Sauna und Schwimmbad als Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter

Cons:

Strandkörbe auf Sonnenterasse waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es bestand Verletzungsgfahr durch herausstehende Nägel und Schrauben

4 Sterne würde ich dem Hotel nicht geben, da es schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Alles war hervorragend vorbereitet. Das Personal war kompetent, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Kontaktaufnahme mit Hotel. Ich hatte einen Phishingversuch per WhatsApp erhalten und wollte vom Hotel erfahren, ob mit der Buchung alles korrekt ist. Da eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich war, habe ich eine Email geschickt. Leider habe ich darauf keine Antwort erhalten

Cons:

Sehr viele Spinnengewebe/Spinnen im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon. Es gibt sehr viele gute Mitteln um dies dauerhaft zu verhindern, auch wenn das Hotel in dem Naturgebiet liegt.

Hotel ist sehr schick.Abendessen und Frühstück war gut .

Cons:

Unserer Zimmer war zum innenhof leider so das wir den krach von der küche mit dem Geschir nicht überhören konnten mit geschlossenen fenster. Ausschlafen war nicht möglich.und die Lüftungsanlage vor dem Fenster sehr laut wen sie an ist. Allso zimmer 227 nicht zu entfehlen. Der Pool ist sehr schön aber könnte wärmer sein.

Ruhige Lage in einem malerischen Ort
Pros:

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Radreise in Rathen. Das Hotel ist ruhig und malerisch an der Elbe gelegen. Das Essen und Frühstück (Buffet) ist gut organisiert, die Auswahl ist groß.
