Great for international travelers going to the convention center.
Pros:

Great service. Arranged for airport transport when I called in.
However, they didn't reply to my question through bookings website. I had to find a way to make international phone call to reach them.
Airport transport service is great.
There was buggie service to go to the convention center. Surprise bonus!

Cons:

The airport transport cost 10x uber price...
The corrodors smelled of horrible chemicals.
