Comfortable and in a good location!
Pros:

Really good location, close to the peace park and restaurant/bar/shopping streets. Bed was comfortable and evening happy hour is a nice touch!

Cons:

Some parts of the communal area look slightly tired

Pros:

the location is good: several buses/tram from the station and the hotel. Near by walk to the museum and park.
We can use the onsen (even with tattoo) and it was really nice and clean, with all necessaty amenities.
all the personnel was nice and helpful (and speaking english at the reception).
You have automatic system to lock and let your bagages after the check out .
a lot of choices for the breakfast (japonese style + "sugar"one).
This hotel was really quiet (12th floor,we were facing a wall😀, not a problem to stay one night)

Cons:

No problem for us because our room was far from the lift but this was doing a damned noise (at 12 th floor)

Excelente localização e atendimento.
Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel muito bem localizado, com muitos transportes à volta.Bom pequeno almoço. Sem dúvida que queremos voltar.

Cons:

O quarto era muito estreito para duas pessoas e duas malas de cabine, mas conseguimos arrumar tudo.
