We loved the proximity of this property to the Peace Dome park area, and some of the bigger eating areas in the central city area. Both of these were only a short walk. The room although smallish was well appointed, and better than we expected. It was clean and tidy, well looked after. We needed a car space, and when we arrived in the dark and pouring rain, the staff worked hard to work through communication difficulties, to organise umbrellas and house the car suitably for 3 days. We discovered a happy hour drink was available on the last day, but wish we knew of it earlier. It was a lovely generous gesture. We loved our stay here, which was excellent value.

Cons:

There were few things which we were disappointed with. The staff at the front desk accommodated us well and gave us ideas for additional sightseeing opportunities The streetcar pass was not available here, and we had some difficulty locating where they were available. The counter reception staff were unsure!

Excellent choice for a visit to Hiroshima
Pros:

Great location, spacious clean rooms, quiet despite Garden Festival in the streets

Cons:

Automated check in etc meant it didn’t feel very personal - staff weren’t / didn’t have a chance to be friendly except for the lovely man in the dining room.

Pros:

Great location for a few days exploring Hiroshima. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice, simple rooms and decent facilities.

Cons:

There were only two pillows provided and they were quite thin. The change machine in the laundry room doesn't accept new notes.
