Excellent location - clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was excellent - very close to the station. The room was clean and of a reasonable size (we paid extra to have a bigger room).

Cons:

I didn't know that "hollywood" configuration meant that the bed was up against a wall!!

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

I was expecting just a typical business hotel but the room was larger than I'm used to in Japan (for a single), and it had plenty of amenities (in the lobby), and plenty of coat hangers in the room (again, more than I'm used to!). The number of hangers and hooks were a big plus for me. Very convenient location, right next to the station and several department stores. The staff was amazing as well. You can tell that some elements are older, especially in the bathroom, but overall the hotel has been nicely remodeled.

Outstanding staff and high-level service
Pros:

We really liked everything!
The staff was very friendly and helpful in managing a very unpleasent situation...I forgot my passport in the room after the check-out, and the staff was extremely responsive and supportive to help me to get it back. The facility is also top-notch and absolutely a bargain for the cost. Top location, 5 min on foot away from the central station.
Highly recommended!

ใกล้สถานี Kanazawa มาก เดินแค่ 6 นาที เดินทางไปที่เที่ยวต่างๆในเมืองสะดวกมาก หาของกินง่าย เพราะเดินเข้าไปในสถานีก็มีของกินของฝากมากมาย ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มากๆ ที่นอนนุ่ม นอนสบาย ถ้ามาที่เมืองนี้อีก ก็จะเลือกที่นี่เป็นอันดับแรก
