Very comfortable bed,pleasant staff, but stay ruined by other guests

Super comfortable room/bed with nice linen,

Cons:

Far too much noise from the reception area, and guests not being told that other prople need peace at night.
I was unlucki to get a room very close to the Reception, will remember in future to insist on another location.
Also, it!s quite a walk to nearest bus stops

Lage und Sauberkeit sind gut.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind steinhart. Wie ein Brett! Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass alle Matratzen im Hotel so sind. Wir mussten ein neues Hotel suchen und buchen.

Nice, caring staff. Brought us a refrigerator on day 3 for our convenience. Super-awesome of them.

Decent Uzbek breakfast, no frills

Cons:

It really was ok for the price. They wanted $3 per t-shirt and $3 or $4 for pants to be cleaned. We stayed for a week on a tight budget, so that wasn't something we chose to do.

Цена не соответствует качеству.
Pros:

Из плюсов, это только расположение отеля. Хотя я думаю за те же деньги можно найти в такой же локации гораздо лучший вариант.

Cons:

Заселение было сразу же после прилета, в районе 00:00, номер дали на 4 этаже, лифта нет, с чемоданами никто не помог. В номере не оказалось воды, куллеров на этаже не было. В номере был только один комплект полотенец, одно одеяло, холодильника в номере нет. Окно чисто символическое, в 30 см стена соседнего здания. Дверь в туалет с отверстиями внизу, соответственно никакой звукоизоляции. В ванной нет крючков для полотенец, соответственно некуда их повешать. В номере грязно. Завтрак средней паршивости в подвале.

Śniadanie miało być wydawane do 10.00. Tymczasem o 9.30 w jadalni nie było już nic do jedzenia. W łazience nie było ani 1 haczyka na ręcznik. Pokój był ciemny, okno wychodziło na podwórko pod dach. Przez przezroczyste, szklane drzwi wychodziło się z prysznica prosto do pokoju

Утром горячей воды не было.
Забронированный мной номер не был убран, поэтому мне дали другой. Это был не тот номер, что на картинке. Но я заплатила за номер, изображенный на картинке. Я говорю это для того, чтобы персонал больше не допускал подобных ошибок.
