Nice host and clean place
Had a lovely stay at Roshan’s Kingdom. It is exactly as mentioned in the description and the photos .
From the check in to check out Roshan’s staff was extremely hospitable attending to the chores. The place is at the Centre of Colombo so it’s super easy to commute around Colombo and whereabouts. The place is impeccably clean and special mention should be given to Nimesh in taking care that the place is spotless.
In attending to IT related queries Ushan made sure that WiFi was always in abundance.
The gym and the pool on the terrace is a perfect way to relax.
Loved my stay here… there should be no hesitancy in booking the place and I shall be back soon!

Minor negatives we could think of were the touch interruption on privacy. It's not something to massively make a fuss about but at points we felt like there was too much company living in the same flat.
And the food wasn't magnificent but at that price range it was more than what we could ask for.
Property is in a good location and the staff is very helpful .

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
The main advantage of the apartments is the swimming pool on the roof. The location is suitable, but can be a little far from the main sights.
The owner didn't cooked breakfast after the 2nd and the 3rd night without any compensation and even didn't noticed about it. As for breakfast after the 1st night it was impossible to eat. The milk rice had no any taste, potatoes with curry also is not a good choice for breakfast. The owner didn't offered tea/coffee, fruits. To sum up I totally do not recommend this apartments especially if you travel with children.
This is a wonderful homestay. You get your private room with bathroom and balcony. Kitchen and living room is shared with the owners which are very friendly and helpful. All is with nice furniture and very clean. The apartment is at the 4th floor of 11 and on the rooftop you can enjoy a pool and gym and wonderful view all over Colombo. Highly recommended.
