Beautiful hotel and great location. Clean and tasty breakfast.
We got only 1 small bottle of water the entire stay, there is no complimentary water at the sauna area, lobby or room. Disappointing.
מלון יפה מאוד, חדש, חדר יפה, לנו היה חדר קצת קטן. הכל חדש, נקי, יפה. חדר האוכל יפה מאוד, ארוחה טובה, אמנם תפריט ולא בופה, אבל היה מוגש אסתטי, טעים. מלצר אדיב מאוד.. יש ספא קטן אבל חדש ויפה במלון שמקבלים אותו פרטי.
קצת רחוק מהמרכז, אם יש רכב אין בעיה.
The design is among the most beautiful I've come across.
The place is comfortable, luxurious and stunningly beautiful, but the level of service is still not 5 stars. Breakfast is quite basic, the little 5-star treats are missing and the service staff are more reactive than proactive.

We had a short but very sweet stay. Everything was excellent, and we hope to return soon for a bit longer.
Chalet Royal was a wonderful surprise and a totally different experience as compared to other locations claiming 4 or 5 stars. Location is easy to acces from Sinaia - either by car or on foot, just 200 meters on the way to the Gondola, just out of the city center. Parking was available. Personnel really helpful and very very friendly. Room size is satisfactory for a 5 stars location (I expected a little bit more in size actually) - I cannot complain in fact, size was decent. Nothing lacking and of good make/quality. Sauna and jacuzzi excellent - to be reserved individually - nobody will bother you. The breakfast room at the second floor is wonderful and very pleasant. Also serves as a bar and gaming room during the afternoons. A place to come back to!
