Everything was perfect: clean room, clean toilet, AC, TV, and a fantastic breakfast. The staff was very helpful and always ready to help on first call.

Cons:

In the room, they only provide 4 small water bottles, which is not enough for a family of 4. In the toilet, they should put a water jug as some people need it.

в ресторане не берите салат цезарь (3 из 10)
Не берите номера Х06 (там окна выходят в колодец) - странное назначение. зачем такие окна вообще нужны.

Jó, de nem felel meg a 4 csillagnak
Pros:

A hotel kiváló helyen található, szinte minden fontos látnivaló gyalogosan is könnyen elérhető. A Grand Bazár, a Kék Mecset és több nevezetesség is csak néhány perc sétára van, ami nagy előnye a szállásnak.

A szobákra azonban már ráférne egy felújítás. A fürdőszobában a zuhanyzó szivárgott, a mennyezeten pedig több helyen levált a vakolat. A légkondicionáló nagyon régi volt, és még kikapcsolt állapotban is folyamatosan zúgott, ami zavaró volt.

A személyzet viszont rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Külön szeretném megköszönni a vacsoránál dolgozó pincérnek, Muhamednek a figyelmes és barátságos kiszolgálást.

A reggeli sajnos csalódást okozott. A választék meglehetősen szűkös volt, az ételek egyszerűek és egyhangúak, a kávé pedig instant gépi kávé volt, ami nem képviselt túl jó minőséget.

Összességében, mivel egész nap várost néztünk, és a hotelt főként csak esti pihenésre használtuk, erre a célra megfelelő volt. Ha valaki elsősorban a kiváló elhelyezkedést keresi, annak jó választás lehet, de a szobák állapota és a reggeli minősége miatt lenne még hová fejlődni.

Nous avons pu profiter des chambres en dernier étage avec vue sur la mer. Les chambres raisonnablement spacieuses. Nettoyages des chambres flexibles et discrètes. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Libre accès à une petite piscine avec bain turque etc.

Cons:

Par rapport à nos besoins … d'une visite en ville: RIEN de négatif !

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing
Pros:

The only positive aspects were the good housekeeping service and the small but cozy spa.

Cons:

The problems started before we even arrived. We sent two separate requests asking for an airport transfer, but neither of them received any response.
The room we were given had no working Wi-Fi. The staff tried to move us to a smaller room, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working there either. During our entire five-day stay, the problem was never fixed. The reception’s solution was simply to use the internet in the hallway outside the room, which is unacceptable for any modern hotel.
There was also a problem with the bathroom sink, as the water would not drain properly. We reported it to the reception, but nothing was done, and the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue.
Another unpleasant experience was with the taxi arranged by the reception. We were quoted one price at the front desk, but the driver demanded a higher fare, putting us in a very uncomfortable situation.
The location was also not what we expected. The surrounding area is dominated by small wholesale and retail market stalls rather than cafés, restaurants, or attractive streets. It feels more like being next to a large open-air market than in a typical tourist area.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this hotel. It does not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. Because of the poor service, lack of responsiveness, and unresolved maintenance issues, I do not think I will stay here again, nor would I recommend it to other travelers.

Pros:

Transfer z lotniska, śniadanie, miła obsługa, czysty pokój, woda w butelkach dostarczana codziennie

Cons:

Trzeszczące łóżko, brak mapy turystycznej w recepcji (nawet za drobną opłatą było by oki)
