La comodidad de las camas y la limpieza en general, está impecable.
Estacionamiento reducido, pero no afecta tanto, igual se puede estacionar enfrente y lo vigilan mediante las cámaras.

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable y camas relativamente cómodas, suficientemente limpio y cuenta con estacionamiento, las habitaciones a pesar de no ser muy grandes tienen buena distribución para estar comodo, me gusto la firmeza de los colchones, no tan suaves, pero tampoco tan duros
La ultima semana que fui el asiento del baño estaba sucio adivinar de que, se quedaron sin agua parte del día y en la noche salía llena de tierra, a veces es incomodo salir o entrar al estacionamiento porque algunos huéspedes tapan la entrada con sus autos, también el clima a veces no enfriaba lo suficiente o se tardaba en enfriar, ya es por diseño del edificio, pero el área de la regadera podría ser un poco más grande. por ultimo, el wifi estaba demasiado lento y nunca funciono en la televisión para poder ver servicios de streaming como Netflix o Amazon

Modern hotel with everything you need for a stay. Clean. Helpful reception staff. Good location - walkable to the aquarium and also the ADO bus terminal (12 mins); possible to walk to the centre although it’s a bit further. There is also a big Chedraui supermarket a short walk away.
The maid threw away two things of mine that she thought were rubbish so it is advisable to lock/store things away when you go out for the day. Internet was painfully slow, although I complained and they got someone in to try and sort it out: it was somewhat better afterwards. I was, however, able to use the connexion at the cafe annexed to the hotel, which was fine, although it closes at 9pm.
My room was fairly dark, the grille on the front of the building blocks light;also the blind doesn’t go up the last 20cm or so, which might have made a difference. The room was next to the lift (as is any room ending in 01) and the stairwell so you heard the pings each time anyone used it - on any floor.
