Good location for what we needed. Maybe a bit of maintenance required.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to South Bank and right across the road from the Gabba.

Cons:

The door for our apartment was extremely hard to use. We had to call the night shift staff so they could talk us through getting into our apartment. The hot water took ages to come through for the shower and the kitchen sink but it was hot when it got there.

Nice apartment, roomy, comfy bed,
Handy to have hotel, supermarket, cafes, hairdressers all in close in the complex

Location was great but the room was a big dissapintment
Pros:

No breakfast included

Cons:

The cold water was barely a trickle , therefore making the shower way to hot to enjoy , the air con was not great, the T.V was tiny
