Pros:

Mold in various places. Stains in the sink. Overall cigarette smell in the whole room. Paint worn on room safe. Stained up refrigerator. Mosquitoes with no pest control device anywhere. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Clean shower. Clean towels.
