A decent place to stay
Pros:

Very lovely and helpful staff at the reception. The hotel is in a safe location near the police station, but it’s a bit far from the city center, so we had to use Grab most of the time. We booked two rooms: one had a very big window with a street view, while the other had a small window facing the wall of another building. So I guess if you’re lucky, you might get a great view! They also offer free laundry, which is a nice perk.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. The menu was very limited and the service was extremely slow. The guys working there didn’t seem concerned while people were waiting over 40 minutes for their food. Also we never received half of our order. We decided not to return the next morning and had breakfast elsewhere.

Great budget stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff. They reached out on Watsapp before our arrival and answered all of our questions.

Safe area, with a cafe across the street.

Cons:

It’s a 20 min walk from the main area of district 1. We would take the Grab to get to the market. The Walking street is 10 minutes away.

The breakfast is mediocre.

Pros:

Very clean, although the rooms could use a little refreshing. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Good location in District 1, close to main attractions yet quite quiet - only noise comes from some external AC devices. If you're planning going for trips they will pick you up directly from the hotel.

Ho adorato la gentilezza dello staff che mi ha aiutato in tutti i modi, da prenotare su grabb l'auto per l'aeroporto al farmi gratuitamente la lavatrice e asciugatrice in 8 ore, lasciandomi i vestiti puliti dalla porta. La colazione ottima

I didn’t like the big fish in a very small tank. It’s cruel No maid service or enough water for the room. I had one bottle for 3 days and then got charged for 2 more bottles

Convenient stay
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the dragon bridge & other attractions in District 1. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away, which was great. We were also able to pay extra (50%) to check out later as we had a flight at midnight. The staff were very friendly and keen to help.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a deep clean. Hot water was patchy. There was only one person cooking and serving at breakfast, so we had to wait until a larger group had their meals prepared before we were offered anything. The breakfast is very limited.

We liked our stay here.
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Elevator to reach higher floors. Near a bus stop to get into city centre.

Cons:

Shower needed a deep clean. Although we booked this hotel 5 months in advance, We were notified just before the cancellation date that breakfast would not be served during our stay. The hotel should have realized they would not have any staff during Tet! 😡 we looked into other hotels but the prices were much higher due to the short notice.
Not good for those with mobility issues as there are stairs to enter the building and a flight to climb to have breakfast on the rooftop.

Pros:

Our room was extremely spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was good. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, which made the customer service excellent. The free laundry service and the early check-in were definitely a plus. The room was already ready at 10 a.m., just a few minutes after we made the booking, as we had decided to change hotels at the last minute. Definitely recommended!
