Okay für das Geld, aber es gibt besseres
Pros:

Ausreichendes Frühstück für vietnamesische Verhältnisse, inclusiver Wäscheservice (allerdings drauf achten nicht zu sensible Dinge abzugeben. Meine Leinenhose ist eingelaufen), nettes Personal, allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse zu Missverständnissen kam

Keine Fenster im Einzelzimmer, Bad stand regelmäßig unterwasser, da ein willkürliches offenes Rohr daneben war

Not so good hotel
Pros:

Proximity to city

Cons:

No one speaks English.
Breakfast same everyday
Staff could not understand what an egg white omelette was
Bed and towels changed once
Shower took about 10 minutes to warm up
Stairs to Breakfast lethal
Had to ask for water bottle to be filled as well as getting more toilet paper
Glasses in room not changed once during our stay
Rooms look nothing like what is on the booking site

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Shogun Hotel à Ho Chi Minh Ville. L'hôtel est très confortable, les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Saïgon à pied ou en Grab.

Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement.

La cerise sur le gâteau : après notre départ, nous avons oublié plusieurs effets personnels dans la chambre. L'équipe de l'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de nous les envoyer gratuitement à notre hôtel suivant au Vietnam. Grâce à leur réactivité et à leur professionnalisme, nous avons tout récupéré sans aucun frais.

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe du Shogun Hotel pour son accueil et son honnêteté. Si vous cherchez un hôtel confortable, bien situé à Ho Chi Minh Ville, avec un service irréprochable, je le recommande les yeux fermés !

Pros:

Exceptionally professional and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was too small, even for 1 single bed, but extremely comfortable and quiet! The Wi-Fi was just good, at times, and buffering a lot!

Excellent value, with outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. I would come back
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered to do our laundry for free, and on our last day, when we had an early morning tour, they prepared breakfast before the official breakfast hours so we wouldn't have to leave hungry. The rooms were clean, the hotel was comfortable, and overall it offered excellent value for money.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi had some issues during the first couple of days, although it was fixed afterwards. There was also an occasional smell coming from the bathroom, and while the breakfast was very good, I would have liked to see a few more protein options.

Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, fresh ingredients, and good quality. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel also has a great atmosphere, convenient location, and excellent facilities.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Shogun Hotel
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. One thing that made me smile was the cute fish at the hotel. It’s a small detail, but it gave the place a bit of character and made the stay feel more memorable. I really enjoyed my time here and felt well looked after from check-in to check-out. I’d be happy to stay at Shogun Hotel again in the future.
