Localização e principalmente as instalações do flat. As acomodações são simplesmente de primeiro mundo.
Atenção de todos os funcionários, e simpatia da Sra Simone, responsável pela limpeza e arrumação do flat.

Pros:

Jogo de cama e banho nível hotel boutique. Divisórias, é móveis inteligentes, comodidades como cafeteira disponível.

Cons:

Local muito agradável, próximo da Ana Costa e da Avenida da praia, utilizamos também o serviço de café da manhã no térreo, também padrão hotel, pessoal muito simpático.
Inicialmente tivemos uma dificuldade com a fechada da porta de entrada da unidade que estava trancada, mas fomos prontamente atendidos pela recepção e pela própria dona da unidade, que foi solicita e rápida.
Agradeço muito.
Com certeza retornaremos e indicarei.

Pros:

C'est un établissement exceptionnel. Plus que ce que je m'y attendait. Il est aussi bien placé, à proximité de la plage et des différents commerces. Mention spéciale pour le personnel et surtout la réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli. D'une gentillesse et d'une patience. BRAVO

Juste un petit bémol : la cabine de douche était trop petite

По международным стандартам выезд должен быть в 12 дня. В отеле выезд оказался в 11. Дальше в другой отель заезд в 16:00. И мы попросили оставить чемоданы в отеле, так как не можем заселиться в другое место. НАМ ОТКАЗАЛИ В ХРАНЕНИИ ЧЕМОДАНОВ НА 2 часа. Мы много путешествуем и никогда нам не отказывались, всегда есть комната для багажа.

A localização é muito boa. O fato de ter garagem é um ponto +. E em 200mts, já na avenida, tem o supermercado Pão de Açúcar, o restaurante Olímpia (indico!) e, no canal 2 (500mts)a sorveteria ROYAL (antiga e fabricação caseira), super indico tbm.
