A localização é muito boa. O fato de ter garagem é um ponto +. E em 200mts, já na avenida, tem o supermercado Pão de Açúcar, o restaurante Olímpia (indico!) e, no canal 2 (500mts)a sorveteria ROYAL (antiga e fabricação caseira), super indico tbm.

По международным стандартам выезд должен быть в 12 дня. В отеле выезд оказался в 11. Дальше в другой отель заезд в 16:00. И мы попросили оставить чемоданы в отеле, так как не можем заселиться в другое место. НАМ ОТКАЗАЛИ В ХРАНЕНИИ ЧЕМОДАНОВ НА 2 часа. Мы много путешествуем и никогда нам не отказывались, всегда есть комната для багажа.

Limpeza e cuidado

Cons:

Não coloquei o sinalizador na porta para limpeza e mesmo assim fomos surpreendidos pela moça entretanto no apto. Não tem placa na porta, nao entre.
Seria legal ter mais alguns itens de cozinha como forma para pizza para assar, ajuda na praticidade.
De resto, tudo ok

O apart é bem localizado, perto da praia, comércio variado em torno, seguro, a equipe que nos atendeu na recepção sempre disposta a nos ajudar. A anfitriã quando solicitada se mostrou educada e solícita.

Cons:

Todos os dias, entrava alguém no apart pra limpar, mas achamos que só pegava o lixo, então acho desnecessário, pois poderíamos nos mesmo levar até a lixeira do prédio. Poderia ter mais utensílios de cozinha.
