Buena estadía, ubicación y relación precio calidad. tiene espacio de mejora.

El desayuno bueno, no excepcional, algo fundamental es el café de grano y el jugo de buena calidad, ambas cosas no estaban. La ubicación excelente, también la decoración del lugar, lindo y acogedor. El personal bueno, no excepcional, pueden esforzarse un poco más y ofrecer información, como tour, etc.

Cons:

La calidad del café y del jugo. el tamaño del rollo del papel higiénico y dos colgadores de ropa muy feos que estaban en el closet.

La atención. Son muy amables las niñas de ahí.
Es un hotel pequeño, tipo Boutique con 8 habitaciones.
Muy cómodo y acogedor.
Fuimos en pleno julio con -2 en las mañanas y no pasamos nada de frío.

Cons:

Es sencillo. Quizás mejorar los amenities de los baños.

La habitación muy linda y cómoda.
Los espacios comunes maravillosos, con muchos detalles que te sumergen en la cultura chilota y el arte.
