Sus vistas, decoraciones muy acogedor excelente cama desayuno muy bien

Lovely "palafito" hotel, but still requires more attention to details to make it perfect

The "palafito" house is really lovely. They kept an old-time ambience that matches the beauty of the house and the view from the dining room. There is a place to park (only for 2 vehicles though).
Staff was friendly and solution oriented.
The location is unbeatable, and encourages you to explore Castro by foot.

Cons:

Management should prioritize attention to detail regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not up to standard; the WC had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest, and the washbasin was dripping. While the staff was keen to resolve the issue and offered a room upgrade, I had to negotiate to stay in the new room for the duration of my two-night stay to avoid the hassle of packing and unpacking.
On the positive side, I appreciated their effort to find a satisfactory solution, although the initial experience was disappointing.

Beautiful small hotel with character ± at a great location
Pros:

Size of the room was great!. Comfortable, spacious, cosy and with a magnificent view. Lounge and food for breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The shower room door didn't close, there is no extraction fan so moisture expand all over the room, the room main door jammed my floor.

Sehr schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtetes Haus. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit gutem Bett und einem Sofa mit Blick aufs Wasser und Fenstern rund herum, das können wir unbedingt empfehlen! Gutes Frühstück, das in einem schönen Raum an einem originellen, wenngleich etwas unpraktischen Tisch eingenommen wird.
Das Hotel liegt in einer Straße mit vielen hübschen Häuschen; von da ist die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen.
