Great nature location and cabin architecture is amazing. The stuff are very nice and friendly. Its really nice to see and hear the forest at night.
The bamboo hut is tiny, really tiny, the price was way too high for what you get. Don't expect anything luxury.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einem atemberaubenden Umfeld. Das Personal war einfach fantastisch. Macht die Exkursionen mit Andy und Lily. Ich komme wieder!
Die Doppelbetten waren ein bisschen eng aber für die Umstände ok. Der Platz für zwei Reisekoffer ist ein bisschen eng. Nächstes mal nehme ich nur das Nötige aus dem Auto.
- The staff on site was very friendly.
- The prepared fish from the staff was very good and delicious.
- The location/tree house didn't met our expectations at all. On the picture shown on booking.com and on the homepage the house look much better than in reality. It was extremely small, the toilet/shower was not smelling very nice, on the floor were dead bugs and spiders, in the night you could hear all the insects and bugs moving around, the air condition was extremely loud and the house was full of mosquito.
- When we arrived the staff on site informed us about all the potential mosquito, gnats and all other insects that could cause serious inches. Also here our first impression was not very nice and we were very worried.
- It was not mentioned that we had to prepare the food by our self. For the price paid we would have expected that there is a minimum of service. There wasn't even a proper table to eat. The staff left at 20.00 and we were completely alone in the location as no one stayed there over night. We did not feel save as we were the only guests in the location. Also the whatsapp doesn't work well, the staff didn't react on requests or questions.
- The goat on site hit our car with her head and we had to call to police in order to report everything properly for the insurance. We lost three hours with this incident which was very uncomfortable for us.
- As we were not happy at all we decided to leave earlier and also the incident with the goat happened we asked the manager to find a solution in order to get a small refund for the inconvenience. We were fully aware that our request was not in line with the cancellation policy, but we asked the manager to reflect and consider the whole circumstances as it was not a positive experience for us. Unfortunately the manager was extremely disrespectful and impolite with us. He just mentioned that it is our problem that we don't like the location all other guests are happy and its on us.

Beautiful location. The tree house we had was the (Halcyon) which was very relaxing especially in the rain.
Rooms are very modern, well equipped, and all the amenities you could need (plus more). Staff are very friendly, and Lily speaks perfect English which is helpful.
Only had time to stay one night but will hopefully be back for a longer trip in the future.

We loved the stay & felt very welcome! Upon check in, we had welcome drinks and had a room tour. We also had a tour around the resort, understanding the way this resort was built. We love the rainforest trekking, you can see the different insects and take a stroll in the river. It is a different side of Okinawa that we are glad we were able to experience!

Breakfast was delivered to our tree house each morning, there was delicious freshly baked breads with butter and homemade jams - gluten free was provided as requested. We also enjoyed the fruit supplied to make smoothies and coffee beans to brew our own coffee - cows and oat milks were supplied.
- Lunch bento boxes were a generous size and delicious with a variety of fresh foods
- Dinners by the fireside were delicious and plentiful all to be enjoyed in the stunning environment amongst the trees and sounds of the river gently flowing below the aero house.
Congratulations and immense gratitude to the fabulous team at Treeful Treehouse Resort for providing us with a beautiful treehouse to enjoy, relax, explore and be in rhythm with nature.
