A személyzet elképesztően flegma, búvalbélelt és egyáltalán nem kedves! Kellemetlen rájuknézni és kimondottan bosszantó hogy a pincér, az uszoda alkalmazottja és szinte mindenki egykedvű és nem vendégszerető!

Gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedik el a hotel. Kiváló túrázási kiindulópont. A reggeli bőséges. A wellness rendben volt.

Cons:

Sajnos q szobánk a 6. emeleten volt, ahol az ablakok nagyon kicsik voltak, így a panoráma elmaradt, pedig ez fontos érv volt a kiválasztásban.
A wellnessben a gőzszaunák hőfoka, ill. a jakuzzi hőfoka is nagyon magas volt, szinte égetett.

Hotelova izba nievyzera ako na obrazkoch. Cakali sme vyssi štandard ubytovania.
Izbu aj napriek tomu ze sme mali zaplatenu standard plus nam dali podpriemernu a vobec nezodpovedala popisu a obrazkom, po reklamacii nam ju vymenili.
