Dreadful room.
Pros:

Hard to review but here goes.
We booked a year in advance as were attending a 4 day event.
Arrived 1530 and no room available, was put in room on top floor, possibly staff accomodation. Socket hanging out of wall, view of wall not pool, bathroom in 2 inches of water as shower not level and didnt drain, no ventilation so smelt, no soap even. No lock on door! No appology, got moved 2 days later to good room 101 with kitchette and outdoor furniture. We didnt have time when we arrived to find another hotel or would have. No discout or refund given.
Room 101 was nice and we would return there, couple of issues though with loo leaking and sockets by bed not working.
Only saw one other guest at hotel. No name on hotel anymore!

Pros:

I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning there was no breakfast as it wasn’t worth them doing it for just one person. To top it all off they told me I could start the refund process with Expedia but then refused to refund us for the nights she didn’t stay.

Worst hotel in Turkey
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the pool.

Cons:

The hotel has potential but it needs to improve many things: 1. When we arrived at 3 pm we had to wait 30 min for staff to show up. 2. The hotel entrance was dirty and there was a garbage can very full which was never emptied in our 3 day stay. Our room was not finished. The toilet cover was broken, the bathroom mirror was on the floor of the room, the entrance to the bathroom was not finished and the shower waterway was not covered. Definitively, this room was not ready to be used. 3. The air conditioning did not work and although we asked the manager he did not fix it. 4. The breakfast was served next to the pool but we had to clean our table every day because nobody cleaned this place. There were only forks available (no knifes or spoons) and tea was served in paper cups. 5. Nobody cleaned out room in 3 days.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schmutzig und dreckig. Zum einen lagen überall Haare rum, es wurde nicht einmal ansatzweise sauber gemacht. Zum anderen war die Toilette auch super schmutzig. Ich hatte echt angst, dass wie uns eine Krankheit einfangen. Auf Nachfrage wurde erstmal mit Feuchttüchern das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Erst nach weiteren Nachfragen haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, leider leider war das Zimmer nicht besser. Am nächsten Tag wurde zwar sauber gemacht, aber es war ekelhaft dort zu übernachten. Leider ist uns EXPEDIA nichtmal ansatzweise entgegengekommen.

Not something I would recommend
Pros:

Staff trying to fix problems - the day of the arrival the room was not available due to a water leakage and the owner proposed an alternative solution

Great location and great staff
Pros:

What i liked the most about my stay was the owner Sasha, great guy and very helpful. He went above and beyond with booking for our activities and getting us the best prices for everything. We booked the double room with breakfast and it was alright, the shower floor had a problem but they fixed it the next day

Cons:

No house keeping unless you ask, very very small bathroom
