Conveniently close to the airport, clean and good staff
Pros:

The exterior doesn’t look like the photo, and the area looks rundown. But once inside the friendly, helpful staff, the surprisingly good bed in a good size room made this a very pleasant stay close to the airport.

Cons:

Water was not available in the washroom. Milk, sugar & tea bags was made available after demand. There was water leakage in the washroom.

Pros:

The staff were friends and helpful. The food was amazing... They customised the food as per our need. Even Jain food tasted fantastic here.

Cons:

There is nothing to eat nearby the hotel. So if you want to explore some local food you have to travel to the nearest mall only. However, we can always order from the Hotel restaurant.

If the shortcomings mentioned in my comments are addressed (of course, location they can't change),
Pros:

The quality of food, pricing, and good manners by the staff.

Cons:

No room service available until 11.00 am. Too many plumbing issues in the bathroom (Room No 303). I don't know about other rooms. Hot water is not available in the evening hours unless asked for. Lift is giving frequent troubles—the location.
