The friendly staff. The size of the room. The comfortable bed . The nice shower
The entrance carpet was not clean
Clean, friendly and welcoming
Disappointed with an expensive breakfast which was badly cooked given that we had a great dinner the previous night which was also good value for money .
As a disabled guest it was ground floor and manageable for me
Manager was very welcoming
Bed a bit hard
We liked the size of the room and it's cleanliness ..we were in one of the lodges at the back...the decor, ornaments, and furniture was beautiful ..The gentleman on the desk was really helpful and friendly...we would definitely go back.
We thought the breakfast price was a bit pricey at £15 pound a head although we were told there was plenty choice..Our only other thing we noticed was that the heated towel rail needed a good scrub and also the shower door...the soap dispenser also needed cleaning...like we say though we would definitely go back
Breakfast was good, service excellent.
Evening meal good and good value, service excellent too..
Paying for parking in the hotel car park, but I understand why.
Het personeel was fantastisch. Heel gezellig hotel. Lekker gegeten in het hotel. Typisch Engels ontbijt gehad.
Niks
The staff, manager and owner of the hotel were amazing they could not do enough for myself and my husband who was taken ill .
They certainly went the extra mile to accommodate our needs , nothing was too much trouble for them .
Nothing . We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in that area .
Room was comfy and clean
Mac and the team very pleasant and helpful
It was quite noisy outside the room from the street
Good size room, good facilities, good location. Quiet. Staff were great. Very clean.
Breakfast cost

Excellent property, perfect location for our trip.
Nothing.
Lovely place nice staff very clean and accommodating
Thought £10 for parking was a little high
We are cycling along the coastal path and this was a good place to stay and not too far a detour. The staff were friendly and relaxed, looked after our bikes, rhe food was very good, the room comfortable with a nice hot shower
Nothing really
Clean, very friendly, lovely food, spacious rooms
Said bar closed at 10 or later depending on trade.
Returned for night cap at 9:30, closed.
No real issue just the only negative.
All of the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very nice.
The room (20) would benefit from a curtain rail adjustment as I was unable to close it fully and the sunlight hampered our sleep.
The £10 parking charge.
£4 for two small bottles of water.
