מלון נחמד מאד
Pros:

מלון מעולה עם צוות אדיב מאד, ארוחת בוקר טוב, מקלחת נחמדה. מתקנים לא הכל עבד, בריכה הייתה סגורה עקב תקלה, מיטה המזרן היה קצת רך ושקוע.

Pros:

Reataurantul din cadrul hotelului foarte frumos decorat, mancare foarte buna, personal foarte amabil, servire rapida.
La check in am primit si un voucher de 100 de lei.

Cons:

Pentru un hotel de 5 stele, serviciile lasa mult de dorit.
Geamurile nu izoleaza deloc, era foarte rece pe partea patului dinspre balcon.
Sticla de la baia nu a mai fost stearsa de foarte mult timp, lenjeria era patata.
Faptul ca in camera era un aparat de cafea, insa lasat fara apa, nu puteai face cafea decat daca foloseai apa din mini bar, la pretul de 14 lei.
Doamna de la receptie foarte acra.
Micul dejun mediu, nimic special pentru un hotel Hilton.
In comparatie cu alte hoteluri din Sibiu, noua personal ne-a lasat un gust amar.
Nu recomand si nu voi mai reveni.
