Pros:

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and the fact there was an aircon was a plus considering many places don't have aircon.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant is average and the front desk staff is helpless. I'm not sure if the issue was that they don't understand English well but they didn't know much about the tours. They organised a taxi for us and allowed the driver to overcharge us saying the trip was 20min away when in fact it was only 5-7 min.
There isn't much to do in Luganville, but the hotel is near the warf which is free to go to Aore Island and the visit is worth it.

Absolute ease and peace of mind
Pros:

The level of service provided by the staff was as high as I’ve experienced anywhere in the world

Cons:

Maybe a slightly bigger room but we did go for the cheapest option so will upgrade next time

Friendly staff made up for some lacking services
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well serviced.

Cons:

Pool was closed for the first 24 hours and we were not notified prior to arrival. Also ongoing maintenance right next door to our room, only notified on arrival. Air con not very cold and shower not very hot. Large step between bathroom and room was risky if getting up through the night

Had a great time staying here!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing so many options, specially the French toast was my favourite so good! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always trying to check in and make sure we were happy. The food at the restaurant was good value for money and delicious.

Cons:

The TV only had three channels and one had no sound, they provide DVDs however our dvd player wasn’t working but we didn’t mind cause we had our phones and the wifi was good

Great staff, food and facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant for dinner was good. Design and layout of hotel was well done with everything easily accessible. Accommodated a family of 5 well. Good location. Fabulous staff.

Cons:

Hard to control water temperature in the shower. Lack of Power point's for kettle.

Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. They helped with tour / car bookings, and were open for a little chat.
The rooms are small, but it is all really clean.

Cons:

Generally good to know that there are only few places to enjoy the ocean. Most beaches are a car drive away. The hotel is very central and quiet with a nice pool, but if you want to enjoy the beach you need a car or driver.

Pros:

We only stayed one night as a stopover before our flight home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Also had a lovely entertainment area with a restaurant, bar and pool.
