Clean room, comfortable bed and great TV facilities. Large bathroom, pleasantly surprised for what outside is mostly an unassuming hotel/pub! Food was nice too

The staff were incredible! I can’t thank them though. They were so friendly and helpful! The room was nice, nothing to complain about honestly. It’s a shame they didn’t do breakfast, but overall I’d absolutely stay again!

Fantastic room, absolutely huge with an equally large bathroom. Only downside was it was on a very busy noisy road.

Great stay at the Fairways Inn. Spacious, free, carpark. Friendly staff to greet us. Very comfortable room, fresh and very clean. Lovely bathroom. Food and drink in the pub was reasonable and very tasty. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice place to stay good value, cleand and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful

The music was loud until the pub closed at 11:00 pm. Other than that the room was fine. Only thing missing was a hair dryer.

Basic accommodation but ideal for what we required for a night , clean room , comfortable bed .staff were great and the meal in the Inn was fab .

staff were super friendly on arrival and had a nice lunch there before heading out.
Drinks were cheap too!

The place is clean and tidy, room fairy's visit when your out for the day. About a 15 mins walk to the trams. The team and Valarie couldn't be any more welcoming. Highly recommended will be visiting again

Really enjoyed our stay - chose here as we were going to AO arena but didn’t want to pay ridiculous prices. Room was huge, 1 double and 1 single, there were tea/coffee facilities, sofa, huge tv and a big bathroom. Lady was so nice and helpful - easy access and check out is 11am so perfect for a night out. Check in was at 1pm, we ate downstairs which was nice and we’d definitely stay again. Parking is good too.

The staff were very helpful with information about getting to our venue and back.

Amazing place to stay for a trip to Manchester. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us. Uber to Manchester city centre approx £10 so save a fortune not staying in Manchester city centre. Thank you Val for allowing us to check in early, much appreciated

Small hotel with just 6 rooms, but very clean and tidy, lovely room with ensuite, iron and hairdryer. Bathroom excellent. Food is good in the bar. Only downside is they do not cater for breakfast

Lovely room, very spacious.
Having a mini fridge is a great idea.
Good size TV and tea/coffee facilities.
Generous bathroom.
We stayed here as an inbetween location from home to the AO arena as we didnt fancy staying in the city.
Food was decent as was the beer.
Would stay here again if we went to another concert
