Comfortable hotel a good seaview room
Friendly and helpful staff
On the second night we dined with two friends in the Brasserie Blanc. We sat down at 6.50 pm and we were only served our first at 8pm! The main course was also slow in arriving. Not the fault of the staff serving but the kitchen not being able to cope. The Manageress was very apologetic and gave us a good discount.
Location
Breakfast was cold and pillows were not comfortable
Location and cleanliness was good. We had a nice room.
Not enough towels, no water and no tea bags in the room. Had to wait 2 hours for these to be brought. Ordered an extra pillow and was questioned why we needed it. We explained we had a newborn baby and needed the pillow and towel for him
In the morning we had an issue. The fire alarm went off which we fully appreciate was no one’s fault. I understand how tests work through my own job. We tried to call reception to be shouted at evacuate now. We quickly got dressed and baby sorted to leave the room. We took the fire exit routes which ended up taking us all through the actual hotel and out at the other end of the building. There were no guests no staff anywhere we found the evacuation point, with a blanket around the baby crying hard. Eventually we found someone who laughed and said not hotel the restaurant go to your room no need to be outside. We were really frustrated at how it was handled and waisted an hour almost of our morning. I messaged the hotel as we were leaving and they offered us an hour extended check out, we missed breakfast, completely pointless as we’d already packed up to leave with baby. Just think it could have been dealt with a lot better. We don’t get away very often. We are local and just needed a night some time away. Complete waste of time and money for us.
Breakfast was lovely good selection. Room was quite nice and a very nice location. Had an enjoyable stay.
Everything was just perfect as it was
We enjoyed every second of our stay
Our especially loved the heated pool 😊
Food was good plenty of things to choose from very nice walks lovely scenery from room would have liked a paper to read in lounge all of the things like tea E.G
I did not like paying for car parking as I was a guest for 4 nights all disabled places reserved at £15 a night scandalous
Flott beliggenhet, veldige fine og komfortable rom . Fantastisk utsikt . Restauranten serverte nydelig mat .
Eu amei simplesmente tudo, voces sao perfeitos ♥️
De tudo, café saudades manha maravilhoso.
Location
Poor staff service
We booked a room with a larger bed which made the stay perfect as we both wanted to unwind and relax. Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great views from the hotel, felt like I was in Canne or somewhere else, not the UK.
Attach restaurant was very good, with friendly attentive staff.
Overall the hotel was just what we needed...
The room was really nice, the staff and facilities were great too!
We could hear a lot of noise by guests in a nearby room at 1am during one of the nights, and in general we could hear a lot of noises from people in nearby rooms throughout the stay. This was the only negative (and not the hotel's fault as such).
Tudo
De nada
Good location
Overpriced for what it is. Basic facilities and the whole building needs a major overhaul
