Not a great experience at the hotel but food was great
Pros:

Because of the Location I booked this hotel but when we arrived we have to wait for quite while get our room keys as internet was down. So we couldn't go out until very late.

Also to find out the car park fee extremely expensive even though we stayed for one night we were charged for todays for the car park which was really unreasonable.

Cons:

The restaurant was great had a nice meal for dinner and breakfast was outstanding had a big choice to choose. Recommend this.

Lovely hotel ,location staff etc excellent

Cons:

Terrible pillows so soft you might as well not have any and the corridor door was broken , no silencer so it slammed every time someone walked through it,right outside room 140 till 1 in the morning then 6.45 started again,worst night sleep I’ve ever had , such a shame as otherwise lovely hotel

Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

Room incredibly hot even without the heating on (the control box was incredibly difficult to understand with no clear instructions but it was confirmed as off by the night porter) and the windows only opened a crack, Stifling.
WiFi didn't work. Gave up trying to connect.

Comfy room and good French-style food.
Pros:

Location. Food. Comfy room.

Cons:

We were taken aback at £45 for the dog and £15 for parking and feel that both should be spelt out as part of the booking process. We would then have chosen somewhere else to stay as it made our night away for husband’s birthday more expensive than we were expecting. (We were expecting to pay about £20 for the dog as we understand that dogs make extra work for the cleaning team.)

All that was needed for a restful time
Pros:

Food was fantastic the staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable the rooms clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic what more could we want.

Cons:

There was nothing that we found that could be improved.

Outstanding, we couldn’t have been happier!
Pros:

Incredibly clean, really spacious room for a family of five, excellent location; a very short walk to the beach. We were impressed! Breakfast was excellent too. Lovely freshly cooked omelettes! Booking again for a short break in the summer!

Cons:

Nothing. It completely met our expectations.
