Very enjoyable stay overall. Perfect location for making the most of the seafront. The New Forest and Brownsea Island ar
Pros:

Very clean, very good breakfast, good value for money.

Cons:

Very busy breakfast area on one day and had to wait a long time to be seated. Also had to go with second choice as not everything was available. Maybe the ratio staff guests was too low. 2/3 days were really enjoyable.
Most staff were very friendly but a couple could have been more welcoming, less like we were disturbing them.

Don't do it. Not worth the money in this hotel. Completely unacceptable.
Pros:

Room was quite large

Cons:

We had a couple of complaints at the hotel which I was told I would be getting a £45 refund from the hotel via Booking.com, but I have still not received this. The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The fact that we raised it with reception and it still wasn't cleaned was not acceptable. Also we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child aged 7 with the pull out sofa bed. Yet when we arrived the sofa bed was NOT made up. Again not acceptable for when you are paying £180 a night.

Pros:

Cons:

Мы били 14 марта и бассейн еще не работал, сказали что только 1 мая начнет работать. И сауны нет.

Pros:

Location is good, sea front, amazing views from room, garden and restaurant. Short walk to beach.

The room is spacious with king bed so very comfortable for a family of 3 to spend few days.

Cons:

Staff at reception were rude or ignoring your comments (not all but the one that checked me in wasn't friendly).

Hotel we page says heated outdoor swimming pool available, but it was empty so we were extremely disappointed.
When I asked at reception, I was told it's out of season (that wasn't highlighted when I booked) and I could enter the sea water. I was shocked!
So heated pool is not good but freezing sea water is acceptable?!
We really wanted a swimming pool so we regretted booking thos hotel immediately. It didn't help that next door was a lovely looking modern hotel with working pool.

Also we had to pay for parking, £15 per day, which I thought was too much. We travel around the world and as guests of the hotel, we have never ever paid across 3 different continents....again reception ignored my comment 🙈

Breakfast was not included in my stay but we paid £18.50 for it- however day 1 the omelette guy wasn't there so couldn't order one, day 2 no pancakes for 30mins, no brown bread.....later no eggs....had to speak with the staff 2 times,
Overall for the price (£45 for 3 people) Breakfast is very limited and pancakes are cold, not ideal for children.
And latte is not included....so not sure what the £18.50 covers...but wouldn't recommend it at all

Disappointed
Pros:

There was a man and a lady guest who was dealt with very poorly by staff . The man especially should of been dealt with in private. Instead we had to sit uncomfortably in a bar with a man shouting and screaming.

Cons:

Staff should of handled it better. It seemed the worst you behaved as a guest the more privileged you were !
