Our stay would have been much better had it occurred at a less busy holiday time
Pros:

The hotel is well located above Bournemouth with magnificent sea views

Cons:

We had to queue for 15 minutes at reception to check in, Parking was difficult but eventually sorted out. Breakfast was a really bad experience. The breakfast room full of noisy children, tables too close together, not enough staff to clear used plates from the tables. Queues at the buffet.

Pros:

Hotel room was nice and clean although didnt have the nicest view out the window. Location was great a simple walk down yo the beach, although wish we knew the cable car was out if service

Cons:

It was very obvious the different levels of customer service received by us and the couple next to us that were marriott members.

Seafront location and spacious family rooms, with limited parking on sunny holidays
Pros:

Room was lovely, very spacious for our family of four.
Great amenities in the room.
Location was great, right on the seafront.
Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The parking was so stressful on a sunny Bank Holiday - the whole car park was full, and there was just nowhere available to park nearby. Ended up parking quite far away and having to walk/get up early to move the car.

The room was lovely but you had to walk across the car park to access it. The pool was a bit grubby but it was the end of a hot day with everyone wearing sun lotion etc. We could hear every movement from the room above, as well as the noise outside so the night’s sleep wasn’t the best unfortunately.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Convenient location to the Beach, modern clean rooms, staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Cons:

Children jumping for 2hours in the room above, asked reception to make contact with the room but it didn’t stop. Outdoor pool was closed due to chemical problems Paul bar didn’t have any beers. Very unorganised.

Overall a nice stay, just one night and we did enjoy
Pros:

Lovely main building

Cons:

We were in a room that was in a separate building, we had no view at all and felt a bit pushed out for not paying to upgrade which is a bit of a shame
