Great location right by the sea! Couldn’t ask for a better spot!
Areas of the hotel are very worn due to age of the property, rooms need updating and bathrooms definitely do.
The location and the size of the room. Staff were helpful. Room service was very fast. Food was very delicious.
It would have been appreciated if they had considered our situation and refunded the last day of our resevation, as my colleague (who was staying in an additional room) and I had to leave very early a day before due to the circumstances that our country is facing.
Great location and clean
We had a family celebration next door, so location was great for us. Overlooking the sea - would be lovely in better weather. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was nice in the restaurant. Easy parking at the back of the hotel and costs £15.
Our room was small and had scaffolding in front of the tiny window so very little light and no view. One of the bedside lights wasn’t working.
Great location. Room and bathroom were good standard compared to other chains like Premier inn
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable
Lovely Hotel, room was beautifully decorated and the sea view was stunning, reception staff were very helpful!
Extremely polite and helpful staff, great location, and all in all, awesome hotel. Would 100% use again and recommend!
Nothing
Spacious fabulous decor. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Excellent views and fantastic location.
Slightly cold in my room as the radiator wasn’t working. I did speak to staff regarding this.
Service was exceptional. Everyone we encountered couldn’t do enough for us
There is very little space to hang clothes and no drawers which meant we lived out the suitcase.
Excellent location
The building is a bit tired. The lock on the room door broke and I couldn’t open it to get out. I used the phone in the room to call for help. No one answered the telephone. After 40 minutes I had to call the taxi driver who had come to collect me to go to reception and ask for help. When they were told that I was locked in the room - the reception didn’t call me to say they were sending help. After a further 20 minutes I had to ask the taxi driver to go back to reception. The lack of urgency or appreciation of the risk to someone trapped in a room (with internal telephones that don’t work / weren’t answered) was astonishing.
Stylish, clean and comfortable
At the top of a slope/hill - at age 60, I prefer properties on the flat. Plus £15 per day to park in hotel car park.
Beautiful hotel, beds were comfortable and good foods
