It's very affordable stay,the boss and the staff were extremely friendly and room was more or less okay,bed comfortable and all...for that you can't expect much more...its in North jakarta so not really far from centre and some main attractions...it is close to beach on North,but when you say close its 9km...centar is like 4km...
All in all,cant complaint too much...
Only issue was it was a bit moisture,as Jakarta has large percentage of water in air...beside that all was okay...
The staff was absolutely fantastic and very helpfull. His English was great.
The room was terrible. Even for the price. I got a smoke room without windows! Floor was very wet when we arrived and the reek of smoke in the room was horrible. Was told someone is checking out at midnight, so we could get another room - which led us to wonder what kind of hotel this was, when people check out at midnight.
Staff was ok, room was spacious, water extremely hot, AC so and so. I have received what I was looking for a private room with toilet.

The Location is ok. It is not far from the Monument.
I did not expect much as it is a low price, but the sanitary facilities could use a hand. The photos are definitely not up to date, but unfortunately that is common.
