Pros:

No proper Coordination of staffs ..
Reckless n rude behaviour of staffs apart from Selvam n one of the boy .. All others hopeless ..
No Lunch No Dinner Menu when asked they casually saying to order on Swiggy or Zomato as Chef not there ..
Not even trying to manage food for Customers..
Rooms not clean .. Just insects on the bed..
No Proper Hot water ..
Rooms cleaning services not done ..

Location and ambience was wonderful there.

Cons:

All the common places people were hanging out that can be easily seen once you open the door. So avoid this place if going with parents or kids.

Everything, first train your staff’s,
the female who sits in reception ask her how to speak with the customer, and towels are not clean no tissue paper in toilets, rooms are not clean, customers are booking rooms in online by seeing the images only so please maintain the hygiene.
