Great stay, excellent location and staff.
Pros:

We were treated very friendly. We had complimentary breakfast on the last day and we had complimentary drinks over all our stay. The staff always there, always friendly, always supportive. The location is great. The station is literally in front of you, and many awesome restaurants a few blocks away.

Cons:

Only the elevator was a bit old, but it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Will never stay again.
Pros:

Very close to the central station, at which the airport limousine bus services are available to Malpensa. One of the hotels located in the same building.

Cons:

Water drainage wasn't good in the shower although the room itself was fairly clean. One of the staff was sleeping in the sofa in the dining room for the night shift, perhaps, and when I checked out she claimed that I stole a bottle of soft drink from the fridge when I went back to room after I had to join a web meeting in the dining room during the middle of the night. Disgraceful! Run by Chinese immigrant.
